I'll buy this if it has NiGHTS.

Guys, I just want to point out this:

I havent heard anything about a new Nights game, which is sad; Nights was a brilliant game. I have heard talk of a new Virtual Fighter though. Just talk though.
Vectorman isnt coming out for the PS2. Sega was going to bring it to the current consoles, but the plan was scrapped. And no I dont work for Pseudo Interactive. Or Silicon Knights. Funny you bring them up though. They will have one of the best games at E3. Outside of Zelda, Nintendos FPS (developed by Rare), and PD0, it will be the one of the best showings of E3.
I dont have details on what game Squaresoft is working on. I know that it will be at E3 along with Final Fantasy 3 and FF:CC for the DS.
Im not going to give out the secret. Its going to be very fun; wait until E3. Nintendo is going to roll out a trojan horse: something that looks innocent and weak and them bam, it will be unveiled. Just dont make up your mind on the first day of E3.
There is not a Sonic game in development for the Revolution. It is an exclusive Gamecube game. This one is totally seperate from Shadow the Hedgehog, which will be multi console (and should hit the PSP as well).
Thats all for today. I will be back. Hopefully Brooke will update his site by then. I want to hear more of what he allegedly knows.
To those who doubted, what do you say now?

Sonic Drift 2
Tails' Skypatrol
G Sonic (Sonic Blast)
Tails Adventures
I wouldn't own it otherwise. Still, you have to unlock them, which is one of the most arduous tasks on the Gamecube (and there's no Action Replay code to unlock 'em all, either). You have to get all ranks in Adventure mode, all missions in the new mission mode (some of this are horrible), five emblems from Chao races (still haven't done any of this), and a number of emblems hidden around Adventure mode. You get a new game every twenty emblems (every ten once you break 100) and every twenty missions. Lucky I have Tails' Adventure on GG still, or else I'd probably force myself to unlock it.the year 20XX said:Did the US Sonic DX include all that stuff? Damn, I didn't think I'd ever have a reason to buy another copy of Sonic Adventure.

God help us all.
*Horrible flashbacks of the lyrical music.*
NiGHTS would be clutch.

It will have:
- Sonic CD
- Sonic the Fighters
- and more

Sonic Mega Collection 2 Coming to GameCube --- posted by JeffEaston at 2:15 PM CDT on Tuesday the 3rd
Play, a European gaming publication, has apparently revealed that Sonic Mega Collection 2 is in development for the GameCube. Sonic the Fighters and Sonic CD will be among the new batch of Sonic titles on the compilation. Sonic the Fighters was an arcade-only fighting game featuring characters from the Sonic universe. Sonic CD is widely recognized by many fans as the best Sonic game ever. Released on the Sega CD years ago, fans have been praying for a rerelease on Sonic Jam, Sonic Mega Collection, and Sonic Mega Collection Plus but to no avail.
There are no screenshots or any other information for that matter available yet, but when it is DSR will bring it to you.
All the included games shared some staff with Sonic Team, Ristar actually being almost entirely ST. The animals from Flicky appear in the various Sonic games as well (they're the trapped inside Eggman's various machines). STI (SOA's old R&D group) who developed Sonics 2, 3, Knuckles & Spinball in collaberation with Sonic Team also developed Comix Zone and the Ooze.byproduct said:Flicky, Ristar and The Ooze aren't Sonic games either but they were included with the last collection. jarrod said:Actually, I was hoping more staff related games would've shown up on the "Plus" ports. Stuff like Gal's Garden, Phantasy Star 1-2, Ghouls N' Ghosts, Castle of Illusion, Garfield, etc.
It was developed by STI iirc.FortNinety said:What's the Garfield connection exactly?

If they got a workable Saturn emu though, then they could stuff Sonic R, Sonic 3D Blast and Burning Rangers on there also. Ideally I'd like to see...levious said:that would seem like a lot of resources to emulate a Sega CD game, Model 2 game, as well as a Saturn game.
Man, that collection would bring most older gamers to their knees. I don't think Burning Rangers would make the cut, but Chu-Chu Rocket stands a good chance. Maybe Yuji Naka just wants to preserve these titles so they can be played for a longer period, esp. with Revolution having B/C. Oh, and don't underestimate Sega re: emulation. They have worked on some pretty surprising internal only emulators in the past, so it wouldn't surprise me to see Saturn or DC stuff on the GC.jarrod said:If they got a workable Saturn emu though, then they could stuff Sonic R, Sonic 3D Blast and Burning Rangers on there also. -Sega Sonic The Hedgehog (System 32)
-Sonic CD (Sega CD)
-Knuckles Chaotix (Genesis 32X)
-Sonic Championship (Model 2B CRX)
-NiGHTS... into dreams (Saturn)
-Sonic 3D Blast (PC/Saturn)
-Christmas NiGHTS (Saturn)
-Sonic R (PC/Saturn)
-Burning Rangers (Saturn)
-Chu-Chu Rocket! (Dreamcast)
...that'd make an amazing, doable collection imo. Chu2 might just have to be recoded rather than emulated though.
Bartman3010 said:Chu Chu Rocket already saw a GBA release. I kinda doubt it'd appear in this.
Although I hope they use the PC version of Sonic R. What with its 4 player madness.
didn't Sonic Collection 1 went to all 3 consoles? This doesn't make sense. (oh right this is sega)
Sweet sassy molassy, I'd do damn near anything for that collection.jarrod said:-Sega Sonic The Hedgehog (System 32)

Sonic Mega Collection US sales numbers:
GCN - 833,174
PS2 - 266,720
XBOX - 153,087
To be honest all Sonic games seem to sell best on GC. Its not suprising that they'll give the GC version of this game priority again.
