Colors is >2.2 million last I heard, dunno how Generations did but I wouldn't be surprised if Colors outsold all the HD versions combined (3DS version was the highest selling SKU of Generations.)

Sonic sells extremely well on Nintendo platforms. And yes all platforms.

Generations 3DS outsold all the other versions combined too.

Wow, that's crazy. Interesting to see how the Nintendo fanbase adopted Sonic like this. It makes sense, though, a classic platformer mascot has to be the most popular on the system with Mario.
