I'll be happy with low-res stream, but I would love a 700k stream. I have insider - is IGN broadcasting?
 
Gamespot is using Akamai for the streams. This pretty much ensures that the streaming will go without any problem.
 
TWO PLAYSTATION 3 FINAL FANTASIES BITCHES

PS3 GAME #1-Final Fantasy Thirteen

First one is FFXIII, being done by Toriyama (FFX). The game was begun by the FFX team for PS2, but the team was then derailed to make last year's FFVIII PS3 tech demo. They were so happy with the hardware, they decided to then shift development to the new platform. Apparently the game will run on the "White Engine" and will feature the most technologically advanced civilization ever featured in a Final Fantasy. The storyline will center on "those who resist the world."


PS3 GAME #2-Final Fantasy Versus Thirteen


FFVersus XIII is being done by......drumroll....Nomura!!!This one is a project between the Kingdom Hearts and Advent Children teams

Believe it or not, there are TWO MORE FFXIII games (for a total of four in all)...the other two areFinal Fantasy XIII: Fabula Nova Crystallis (from Nomura) Final Fantasy XIII: Agito, Both are "Mobile" games....

Microsoft gets the shaft on this one :lol

The link is up for the conference at Gamespot for subscribers(javascript pop up for the event player). You can jump into the conference dedicated chat room now, and choose your settings for when the stream begins.

700K is an option.

Hopefully the free link will be up soon for non-subscribers.

One Word: AMAZING. But are they In-Game ?
 
I plan to be in bed before the show starts, so I only say this little thing: If neither Silent Hill 5 or Gradius VI are announced at the conference, it's officially meh. :)
Even then there's still hope with the Konami conference, though.
 
wtf how do I fix these WMP errors, when I try to watch a WMP vid in my browser, it crashes the browser(ALL browsers). Its the illegal operation error. I HAVE tried reinstalling.
 
How long does a conference normally last? I have to get up early in the morning and it's well past midnight here already, so I'd like to have an idea about that.

Don't know... I'm using IE now as I had problems with Firefox.

Omg, webcast starting! (I think... the screen blacked out just now isntead of showing the Gamespot text...)
 
is anyone going to be doing text updates? I have no sound at work so ill be watching in silence :(

GameSpot is up and running for me, can't wait to see some third party titles. Those are the REALLY impressive games (sorry SCEE). Ratchet will fucking own!

It really doesn't. The CG was a whole 'nother level. It looks good. In fact, its an awesome example of a next-gen game. BUT it in no way matches last years e3. And HS is still one of the best looking next-gen games and its nowhere close either...last years CG was just too good.
