Sony's E3 2014 - What are we all expecting?

I could really use a few more reasons to keep playing my PS4 for more than just downloadable games, some new full retail game announcements would be all I want

Legend dragoon 2
New monster hunter built for ps4

Yes, good list. I would add PSNow too. They probably want to talk about the launch details, but this shouldn't take more than 2 minutes. Showing a PS3-game streamed to PS4/Vita or something like that isn't interesting at all.

And also stage demos for other multi-games shouldn't take 10+ minutes. Hopefully Destiny won't be shown again live for 15 minutes, especially not as a highlight of the show.
Of course they have their marketing deals but #ExclusiveGames (not DLC...) should be the top priority this time.

I wholeheartedly concur with this. Please fix the pacing and don't have AC5 up there. Ubisoft can show that off on their own.

You know that the gameplay reveal of the next Assassins Creed is going to be there... Ubi and Sony are way too buddy buddy for it not to be.
Its all about appeasing third parties. Also its a given MS will have third parties on stage so Sony will probably feel like they need to as well.
 
I don't see why they wouldn't show Morpheus if it comes out next year. It would very stupid of them not to show a big demo of it, esp if it's GG's new supposed IP. Agree on the rest, but you know an Ass Creed show will be there.

Monster Hunter would be a megaton.... PS4/Vita

Not gonna happen. Pretty sure they dont have split development and we are stuck waiting for 4G on 3DS in 2015...... ugh effing Capcom man

EDIT: Hell though... If they can port UNITE to effing IOS then they can take two seconds to put Vita Versions of UNITE and P3rd on Vita

Might as well just get ready for 30 minutes of AssCreed Unity/The Crew/Destiny stage demos right now. :[

In my opinion beasts souls, last gaurdian, and uncharted 4 is enough to win e3. I mean even the beat souls thread was bigger than the kinect droping thread! I'm sure they are ready. They know they have to show things now since they don't have the price advantage now.

Every shown demo of morpheus was clunky and didn't look ready at all. They should show this on its own event when it's ready, but shouldn't waste too much time at E3 with someone on stage saying how cool this thing is while the audience is sitting in their seats and can actually feel nothing of this "amazing experience".

But Sony will definitely give some time to their third party marketing deals at E3. So if they have one with Ubi they will definitely have it there..so I'm guessing we will see some AC.

Nice to know.

- Keep 3rd party demos short- like Kagari mentioned Ass Creed. Sometimes feel way too long. Even Destiny since you guys had one already.
- Japanese support. At least 1 title. Just need something to get excited on that front again like last year with FF & KH.
- new 1st party IP's. I'm sure there's bound to be one or two so I hope they get a good showing.
- Don't spend too long talking about random deals. Like that movie thing last year.
 
I'm excited to see what Sony brings to the table. Hopefully they reveal a significant multiplayer exclusive to rival H2A and Smash at the end of this year.

I was assuming they would have the same slow pace as usual. If not and they can fit it in without slowing things down, then go for it.

I don't want a 10-20 minute demo of another asscreed, just play a 2 minute trailer and be done with it. Sony should have the focus on their games not third party.

thanks but I'm nobody special. When I got into the MVP program they were active on the PS forums but not so much here. I proposed this to give a direct communication line to GAF which is my forum home.

GAF moves at the speed of light, its helpful having somebody able to forward feedback that otherwise would not get seen. The best part is management is listening. Its not just a pat on the head, they have made it a priority to listen and try to respond.
 
Keep the third party demos as short as possible,3-5 minutes max per title,we know those games are coming and will have a fair idea of what they'll look like after the Ubi/EA pressers or already do in case of Destiny etc.

They have an exclusive from one of the biggest fighting game IPs this year. There's some multiplayer focused new IPs, but we don't know if these will be "signficant".

I would like to see:

a killzone expansion focusing on hellghast (use hellghast player with that sweet HUD from 3)
TLG
beastsouls
gt7
VR japanese games
Monster hunter (don't care if its 3)
a vanillaware game for the ps4/vita (muramasa 2 or dragon's crown expansion)
drop a couple of megaton bombs!


i wouldn't like to see:

talk about wonder book
talk about tv or sports (sports games are ok)
motion controls

doing "experiences" won't cut it at a conference. Show it when you actually have titles to support it?
