Received a bunch of bundled packs of SC II and Metal Arms for Xbox for $20 together on Friday. Don't know if they're in other stores, but I thought it was a pretty good deal, and a quick search didn't reveal anything.

This is the store in Covina, CA by the way. Call your store to see if they have them too.

Are they both in one case like some GC bundle games or more like TRU's SMB style with them wrapped within shrinkwrap?

Our store got these in a few days before thanksgiving.

There are packs for other systems as well, but none of them are as good as the metal arms/soul calibur pack on the xbox

(GC) Pac-Man fever + Namco museum
(PS2) Run Like Hell + Onimusha 2
(PS2) Smugglers run + shit I forgot (atv 2?)

Someone got upset at me or tried to pull my leg on the phone today. I couldn't tell. Was it you?
No, but now I know who to ask for.

"Can I speak to Anihawk?" :lol

west covina? After seeing Wario64's post at best buy, i decided to go check out the best buy on los feliz and they have tons of greatest hits games everywhere, There were 4 bins full of them. Saw like 20 copies of soul calibur for each system.

Just wanted to add that I have Metal Arms on the GameCube and it is a FANTASTIC experience. Huge, long, challenging, varied, clever, and just plain funtastic.

I hate to say this, but I got Metal Arms on the strenght of the resounding praise everyone here has heaped on it, and thus far I'm a bit dissappointed by it.

Don't get me wrong... it's not a bad game by any means. I just find it a bit dull. I just started of course... should I just stick to it? Where does the game really excell in you people's minds? Will it shine later on?

EDIT: Just read Mejilan's post. I guess I'll stick with it. Though I have a feeling I'd enjoy it more if I dug FPSs. The controls seem ver similar.
