Disagree with this change. Wild pitches, balks do happen on pitch outs and sometimes it seems to mess with a pitcher's rhythm.

Yes, they happen due to freak occurrences. Not due to skill or strategy. I don't think eliminating that is a big deal or hurts baseball

Well wtf is the supposed to do while the pitcher rubs every new ball for a minute mixing it with sput/rosin/dirt/Vaseline
