I wonder how it will be, TSOT and TFBW were great games but each one had seasons worth of content to build from, Stick Of Truth ending up the better game because it felt tighter and took from earlier seasons as well as then recent ones, but it doesn't feel like there's much evolved story in the South Park lore since then, except the damn Tegridy Farms shit which has worn out its welcome and already feels dragged out in the show.

I mean.... In the newest movie they repeatedly joke about it.... I don't know how to black out spoilers but it's pretty safe to say that tegridy farms is over

Stick of truth was amazing . Died of laughter at so many parts.

Couldn't get into the second one felt rushed.

Hopefully this is better.

Part 1 did show him starting to leave it behind but the whole point of Part 2 was him going BACK to it so he has the power to fight Pipi. Teasing the audience that they're moving on from Tegridy only to go back to it right away feels like the kind of dick move to the audience they'd play.

I followed the show until season 18, which is where I lost interest. The Stick of Truth heavily referenced the show from seasons 1 through 17, which was perfect for where I stopped. The Fractured, but Whole made references I did not get compared to the first, which is probably why I did not finish it. I need to play it as the gameplay is solid.

Nice.

Though I hope they make something that feels a bit more fresh, maybe make it an action RPG and have them go more outside of South Park or something.
TSOT was amazing but TFBW, even with the new combat, felt a bit too much like more of the same (still fun though)

Hopefully it's another turn-based RPG, but this time with the scope of Fractured But Whole and the writing of The Stick of Truth

Great news, really enjoyed the previous two.

I'm hoping they include more side quest stuff and activities this time. Their own take on arcade machines, the fair with rides such as the Chamber of Farts, stuff like that.

They can keep this going for all i care and just have the kids role play different things in each sequel. I can only imagine how funny a game with the kids doing a harry potter, dragon ball z, game of thrones, wwe, etc roleplay would be.
The 2 games so far have been great.

i really loved the two games we got. Stick of Truth and Fractured But Whole. imo Fractured But Whole is the better game.

we got a fantasy rpg and a super hero game. i'd love if we got a futuristic cyberpunk game this time.

Wasn't Fractured But Whole not made by Obsidian?
they done Stick of Truth

I recently finished my second playthrough for Fractured but Whole since I never played the expansion pass, and yeah, it's not as good as Stick of Truth, they just messed up the pacing. I really do hope they don't bring Tegridy Farm into the new game story, cause I'm so sick and tired of that whole plotline -_-

I liked the existing games but I wouldn't mind a SP game in a different genre now. I mean I feel like they already nailed it as an RPG.

It's been so long since I've seen any SouthPark I don't think I will catch any of the new characters or references. I'll be Captain America through the entire game.
