I didn't realize Stand and Wendy were dating again... but I guess they were for the Smurfs episode

I thought the episode was ok, too, and reminded me why I'm glad I don't have Facebook or Twitter or Myspace. Actually, I had Myspace a few years ago, but deleted it because I found it stupid. Pretty much exactly how Stan felt.

I think that's like the Simpsons and Homer's job. When it's important to the plot, it's there.
 
This episode started very good, but the ending was a lot less. Liked the previous episode more but I think I didn't got a few references since I have never used Facebook and never have seen Tron (only have seen the trailer and read something about the first movie).
 
Cartman: This is the way the world works, if you want want to fine some quality friends you have to wade through all the dicks first.

Loved that line.

This. I kinda hoped this episode would be a "possible in real-life" story, and the whole facebook thing was like that. I recognized many people's views on the networking site, but taken to the extreme off course for parody. The moment Tron came into play, it became more of a fantasy story again. It was still enjoyable, but not that funny.
 
Yeah I loved the episode aside from the Tron portion. It was still better than any episode from last season. I'm so glad SP is back to being funny again.
 
haha the episode was great!

I actually enjoyed the fantasy part of the episode. It made me think of the earlier seasons were fantasy played a bigger role in South Park.

Randy was superb again.

and 'wade through all the dicks' should be a meme from now on :lol
 
Facebook isn't that popular in here, even though it has gained some steam recently, so don't have much experience to refer to.
But the Chatroulette part won me over, it was SO damn true:lol

Mm this wasn't as good as it could have been.

The whole virtual reality thing felt a bit meh to me, I also wanted to see more of Cartman:(
I kinda enjoyed the "happy" ending though^^

I got all the references, but I didn't find the episode funny.
It was just half-assed jokes which strength was supposed to be in the fact they're references - but they were poor one at best. They weren't really making fun of anything in particular and the plot itself wasn't funny either.

Chatroulette was just one incredibly obvious joke again and again, how is that funny.

Yeah, didn't like the episode that much. Definitely think it's the weakest this series.
 
I'd love if someone could make me an avatar of when you first see kip, after he sees he has 0 friends he closes his eyes and sighs. The eye closing and sigh gets me every time. Id just like that bit.

Its 1:58 into the episode and ending around 2:3-4

And this was definitely one of the best this season. The first was the only real stinker. Season started off weak but it's actually so far been one of the stronger ones of the past few years. Hopefully it's consistent.
 
Great episode, didnt care too much for the Tron part but still good.


Reminds me when farmville first got popular and I had every single person at my work asking me to join to be their neighbor and I never would :lol
 
The funniest things about the Facebook episode were Stan's reactions. His facial expressions, responses, and the way he sat at the computer all pissed off were perfect.

Best part about all Casa Bonita is how everyone who lives in Colorado knows the place is terrible.
