They're a very small iOS focused studio. It's a wonder they even released it on PC.I have no idea why this is not coming to Vita, considering it would take a week or two to port from iOS.

Oh :/I've played it a lot. its probably my favorite board game ever. :/
Oh :/
Rab's review is a bit strange though. I can't reconcile his specific criticisms with his extremely negative general opinion. The points he makes don't seem like such a big deal (again, bugs notwithstanding), certainly not big enough to make him detest the game to such a degree. Did he go in with very high/very specific expectations? Could be that stuff I don't care about (like hot seat multi) is a dealbreaker for him, I guess.
He went in expecting a video game adaptation of a board game.
Not sure why you're singling out Relic, BTW. I consume a lot of Black Library audio and anything remotely mysterious leans on the Chaos crutch too, except for, which is refreshing because it dupes you. It's a QC problem Games Workshop has with the IP.Regia Occulta
I really want a Necromunda game now, thanks thread.

Ok so online mode has NO hourglass so that people can't take forever on their turns? No timer???
He says
-Slow as molasses
-buggy
-basic stuff like doors hard to see badly done
-bad implementation of hotseat mode
-Online mode doesn't feel a good idea for the game
-No tension
I've been tempted by this one numerous times but the art keeps me away.Man that RPS review is a bummer. As someone in their comments suggests you might as well just play this Android game which is way cheaper: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tresebrothers.games.templarselite
which completely breaks multiplayer. Space Hulk is all about efficient use of action points under duress. that's the game.No and yes. There's no time limit in online multiplayer, so you can take as much time as you want to do your stuff

oh I forgot, and there is an undo button. mother of god.
god damn it. sounds like this guy knows his Hulk too...
that's depressing. I was seriously about to cancel my Payday pre order in and buy this today too (and struggle to play it on my shitty laptop).
I just get the impression that he has put Space Hulk on a pedestal and I don't think any game could have reached his lofty expectations.
Well, a good game probably could have.
This is not a good game.

wowowow and from the one place that was really hyped about Space Hulk and gave it more attention than pretty much any other outlet.
You played through it? How bad are the bugs?
As a video game, the single player is still slow, shallow, and pretty boring.
Must have been better as a multiplayer board game, right?
Yea, I have an ok amount of experience with other tactics games. My main problem seems to be moving everyone in enough of a group to keep everything dead while still making forward progress. For example, on the second mission where you have to flame the control room, I feel like I get stuck in the intersection outside the room and keep getting overwhelmed to the point I can't move. The two AP to walk backwards makes it tough to cover the rear as well because I end up moving one space backwards and then use my last two points to overwatch.Do you have much experience with tactics games? It's pretty simple. Move slowly, face enemy spawn points, and save a few extra CP for enemy phase in case of weapon jams.
game is on sale on steam today for $20.
still not ready to pull the trigger myself. might wait for the holiday sale.
