So. Falcon Heavy next?
When are we gonna see that thing in action??

Hard to say. It's been delayed by years by this point, lol. Though the launch window does seem to get asymptotically closer as time goes on.When are we gonna see that thing in action??
I missed it
The launch will be cool, but landing three cores, Inc two at the same launch site? That's gonna be the sci fi shit.I suspect the latter part of the year. It should be spectacular.
Hah. *magic reveal*
Amazing, amazing stuff.
And remember that thing is huge as hell.
This is the test I've been waiting to see. Landing the rocket was a big challenge, but reusing it was the ultimate test.
I approve of their EVE like intermission music.

The cameras cut out just before the first stage landed, so everyone "missed it"
So what happens to the Stage 2 equipment?
Tossed out?
Guess one day someone will pick them up.

The stage 2s will be de-orbited and will burn up. Sadly.
I think their long term goal is to be able to recover that too, right?
Cant believe I missed it...
Not with the falcon 9. The big ITS rocket will have a fully reusable 2nd stageI think their long term goal is to be able to recover that too, right?
Looks like everyone missed it, did the cameras really all fail? That's suspicious.

@elonmusk
Incredibly proud of the SpaceX team for achieving this milestone in space! Next goal is reflight within 24 hours.
God damn SpaceX is amazing they've changed things forever again.
Wut. I thought they had said preparing rockets for re-use took months.
So let me get this straight. They launched it, landed it, and then launched and landed it again?
