Spider-Man, almost-Spider-Man, and Queen Amidala star in the worst movie ever

I saw the trailer for this before Public Enemies. It looked god awful until the OMG HE'S ALIVE twist that they give away before you see the movie. It didn't give me a better impression of it, but the movie went from "oh god, this is gonna be terrible" on my radar to "oh god, this is so terrible I fucking have to see it."

Interesting short film.

I hate trailer spoilers. Like that new Adam Sandler movie, they tell you he's not going to die... wtf? (Maybe he will in the end now? Either way it was a stupid move, and it takes away some excitement in the movie)

Ending will need more:

wow that was seriously one of the worst trailers ever. The movie actually looked interesting to me, but the trailer put me off big time.

Jim Sheridan also directed the turd get fiddy or die tryin, amongst other grander things.

Very generous of you to only mention Jim Sheridan's worst movie. For the record, he also did:

In the Name of the Father
The Boxer
In America
My Left Foot

His record is far, far more good than bad....

Whoever agreed to that trailer should be put into stocks and pelted with rotten eggs. That lame song just makes the film look like utter shit, there are more darker themes that the trailer made no mention of, mostly to do with why the Tobey McGuire character is a little disturbed...it's not a twist per se but it adds a nice layer to the movie.

Holy fuck, when did Lifetime start making big budget movies?

thats what was going threw my mind

Also that last part with the standoff and Spiderman fires the pistol in the air as the music gets riveting wsa hillariously awful.

I completely forgot this movie existed. I thought it had come out.

But nope, just saw two commercials during the Jon and Kate + 8 series finale. Fitting.

SO BAD.

Trailer removed from youtube. :( The worst movie ever though is either "sleepaway camp" or "the sweet movie". Please never ever watch them. My asshole roommate told me they were great movies. Little did I know he was going to scar me for life.

I know the song doesn't fit the trailer. But that song is NOT lame. :| It's Bad by U2. Amazing song by and amazing band.

I don't get the hate for this trailer. :/

I get the hate for the trailer, but I get the feeling the movie is better - if that's your kinda thing. I do. I would say the only problem is that the story has been told to death already in other movies. I'll probably wait for video but it looks worth a watch.
