Yeah it's hard to tell if it's you or the team, or both. I don't know, I use the Aerospray RG and just go hard as hell on the zone, usually camping it whenever it's secure. Sometimes I'll roll out for a bit to empty a pesky sniper nest, but I've found that the zone is the absolute best place to be. You really have to pressure them.

For reference, I'm rank B+ and I've probably lost less than 5 ranked matches so far.

And i even think it should be skippable but wanting to fire a guy for that?
 
can i turn off my external hdd with automatic updates on? will it be smart enough to download it to the internal memory?

edit: not risking anything, the update seems to be going quick, anyway

Research notes:

Equipment exclusive skills (important!)

Attack Up/Defence Up testing

Basically the exclusive skills are the most important. Also note that the primary skill of each piece of gear (1st skill slot) gives a far bigger bonus than the sub skill slots. Skills also have diminishing returns, so only stack up to 2 of a particular skill.

Attack Up/Defence Up never equate to surviving/killing an extra hit. Worthless.

I'm not at all a fan of the characters themselves, but the newscast when you load the game is horseshit.

That was just the language from the post I quoted, the bit of exaggeration was intentionally over the top. ^__^;;

I don't know if you're also just continuing the joke though, so maybe I'm getting baited into this post.

But yeah, in perfectly real and true honesty, the person who forgot to make it skippable is probably also one of the geniuses that came up with this game. Whoever it was should probably get a very deserved, very real promotion. But also be gently criticized by coworkers and fans for that opening cutscene.
 
I wonder if there will be a Splatfest question: Team Callie or Team Marie

Would feel awkward to vote with them right there... watching...

It was a shitty joke to begin with. Just stop using hyperboles when you talk because your original phrase doesnt work as a joke. If you hate the characters theres a million ways to make a subtle joke of how you dont like them instead of saying you wanted to fire a guy for them.

Thsi si the problem eith this things, you never know who says things seriously and who jokes only. Theres a peecedent with this things with Sakamoto. Sorry if i sound harsh.
 
I'm pretty fine with the Callie and Marie segments to be honest. They're shorter than most of the loading times in other games and it's not like you see them frequently.
 
Started world 2 in single player - really enjoying it. Some very creative ideas on display.

The problem with all this is that some people do not use exactly that phrase as a joke (sakamoto threads) so its hard to know who is joking and who is real.
Seems my sarcasm meter was totally broken in this case, but of course is 3:30am here. Time to sleep.
 
First things I've noticed:
- Can speed up Callie/Marie's dialogue by pressing A (pops up in fast speed like Zelda)
- Hub framerate fixed
- Seems to load to equipment screen faster
