I bought this game primarily for the single player, and I'm still playing it. Just hit level 22 since I bought the game on Saturday (i'm only level 4 in MP), but god damn this has been soooooo worth it. The Single Player levels are great, and it feels like they have a new idea/mechanic/gimmick every level. Some have been getting pretty interesting too and the challenge is starting to ramp up. Hope that for Splatoon 2 (if there is one) that they focus even more on the single player experience now that MP is pretty much set up. They could make it even longer and get the difficulty ramped up earlier. Loving it though!

Really sucks cause once it starts getting tired I start hitting the button slower, which can get me killed.

They're not so bad, just keep backing up and hope they don't have lag tactics.

Even with lag tactics, you can sometimes win if you immediately squid and run very far away before taking your first shot, instead of sticking in slow kid form trying to shoot them down from 5 feet away.

I love zoning people out on Port Mackerel, I don't understand how people can hate this map. I much prefer this tactical map than the one zone maps that are just central circle jerks or complete dominations.

Finally got the freaking game oh my god! Painful couple weeks of extra waiting but finally got the game at a decent price on digital (I'm in Mexico wich brand new the damn game is around $80 dollars!) So far so freaking good! Time to practice the hell out of this so I can join and play with y'all Level 3 so far haha.

Has Nintendo said anything about 2 player mode online? I know that COD had it with one player on the big screen and the other on the Gamepad. My wife and I tried the 2 player balloon bullshit mode, and it sucks. It just isn't the same as Turf Wars.

Nothing has been said, but I truly hope that this feature is either patched in a future update, or is included in a sequel.

Wow just had a 13-0 game on Urchin with the roller. Probably my highest killcount without dying. Started the game off with a Killer Wail triple kill and on the next Wail I got a double. Lol.

Actually you were lagging quite a bit that match. After you killed me it showed you and you were teleporting. :/

Right now the stuff that matters is Stealth squid, Ink resistance and ink saver (main) in my main slots. Trying to get sub-perks with any kinda ink recovery. As long as it isn't special timer up, bomb toss or something like that I'll be happy.

I like run speed up. It increases your speed in human form, including strafe speed while you are firing.
