Something is off about it.

I don't know if off is the word. It doesn't use a rendering style that I've seen in a game to date if it is real-time. It's not cell shaded it's more paint shaded.

It's also beyond foolish to make a suggestion like that based on MGS4.

There ARE several 360 titles worthy of the "1.5" monniker, however (cheap ports and the like).

To be clear, I was just kidding about PS2.5, no one would seriously claim that about MGS4.

That is clearly a drawing, and it leads me to believe all the other ones are too. Just look at the glass and water below the window. Obviously drawn.
