What's a Turkish delight? I feel like I've heard the name of that before...
Narnia, probably.
I remember being all stoked to have one after reading the second book, then finding out for myself just what it was.

Hairbrushing is no longer a pure activity anymore.
It's really hard to hate her when she's so goddamn pathetic.
Narnia, probably.

Well, this looks even more boring than I expected it to be. ._.So here's a new PV for Kiniro Mosaic. Looks like it could be a fun show. Hopefully the characters being mostly foreigners will at least lead to some awesome Engrish. But who am I kidding, they'll speak perfect Japanese because anime.
Still, definitely going to give it a shot.
Maybe it'll be an OVA or something. They better animate the spin-off somehow cause it's better than the original manga.
I will watch a Key anime as punishment.
Narnia, probably.

So hipster it hurts.http://natalie.mu/music/news/87669
So, remember when I mentioned that there would be 4 different versions of the Aku no Hana OP, with 3 mystery vocalists? Looks like they announced it all finally. Each of the different versions are themed to one of the main characters, with the fourth one being themed to the city itself. The lyrics will be different as well, but I think they're supposed to sort of create one full single together. Anyway... here it is.
"Aku no Hana -Takao Kasuga-" Vocal: Noko (from Shinsei Kamattechan)
"Aku no Hana -Sawa Nakamura-" Vocal: Mariko Goto
"Aku no Hana -Nanako Saeki-" Vocal: Shiho Nanba
"Aku no Hana -Kiryu City in Gunma-" Vocal: Asako Shinosaki (from Uchuujin)
Aside from Shinosaki, who I looked up when they first announced she was producing the OP theme, I have no fucking idea who the other vocalists are, so anyway I went on Youtube to pull some links to some of their songs. Yeah... erm... this sure is going to be special! Lol. Enjoy.

Toothbrushing even less so.
Betterman 1
Okay, so I decided to get a day's head start on this because I apparently don't know the meaning of "simulwatch". Sorry Mad Pierrot! :lol And I decided to go with the dub for maximum late 90's-ness. Oh god why does the dub use honorifics why why why.
So uh, yeah. I have no idea what the fuck is going on. This seems like something I would have watched back in 2000 or so just because "it's anime!". There's a high school kid, the multicolored-hair girl, robots, body horrors, and Betterman himself, who looks kinda like Vicious from Cowboy Bebop. Oh, and a bunch of terms are thrown around and never explained.
25 more episodes of this, huh? This is going to be tough, I can see it now.
It's really hard to hate her when she's so goddamn pathetic.
Oh, don't worry, it's not very likely that she'll be instantly killed by a flying shell, so what's wrong with sticking her head and torso out of the tank?Hi I'm Miho Nishizumi, and I have a death wish.
Aside from the bizarre recklessness of doing something like this as a sport without full body armor made of graphene for safety. And the richness of communities to somehow pay for this expense. That is, to reimburse someone's house like nothing(then again a World Cup soccer game easily raises enough money to replace hundreds of houses). Pretty good. If anything the most disappointed I am is that the characters haven't endeared themselves to me as much as I'd like.
Almost everything about this episode was utterly insane, but I think that the craziest part might actually beGirls und Panzer Special 03
:lewd :SDBurton :Cuilan
So they finally explain the academy ships and they are as crazy and revisionist history like as everyone expected. Kinda telling what sort of world GuP is set on.AlsoI like the whole "We saved the economy by making people build huge ships. I guess tankery is the same as it's a huge industry booster probably/
.Seriosuly though if thehotspring episode in disguise!Ships are staffed by the ship studies and engineering students what does the staff do? That must look terrific on their resumes regardless. Engineering masterace confirmed in GuPiverse.
Sounds bland. I might try it to see if it's less terrible than Ichizon, though.GJ-bu is both similar and (thankfully) different to Ichizon. Kyoro is sort of spineless and is the butt of the joke for everything, but he's in no way seeking a harem in the club which makes him more likable than some other main characters. And the comedy plays more on how goofy the characters can be instead of "HEY WE'RE MAKING AN ANIME REFERENCE LOOK AT US".
SYD is great, I like it. It is pretty one-note (it's "girls making sexual jokes, the anime"), but it's funny in its one note humor. Also, SYD is usually only compared to Ichizon because it involves a student council and not really the content of the show. SYD will always be the better show even if people absolutely hate the toilet humor.
Based on what I watched of the show, sorry, I don't think I can trust you on that... that was a harem show, no question! He wants a harem, the main girl seems to like him, the others enable him in that and may or may not like him, etc. It's got the feeling of a harem show in ways that SYD does not have at all.Trust me, it's not. lol
It's actually more emotionally and intellectually honest than Haganai in that respect.
Narnia, probably.

For those who do care for Railgun S. It's confirmed 2 cour.
At least they're painfully obvious with this rather than, say, Mr. Bushido whose real identity was never revealed and remains a mystery to this day.
I didn't know a thing about Idolmaster either when I started it. I know slightly more things about Idolmaster now.
That's where I first heard about it years ago. So long ago the second book was still considered the first!
Then your path ahead is quite clear. You can start with the full-length anime that aired 2 years ago.
Narnia, probably.

You take me for a fool, friend!Don't forget to post your impressions here, man!
I love caruta!
I disagree on this point. It's always weird when movies have people from different countries speak in the same language as that of the protagonists. I thought the use of the fictional language in Honneamise authenticated the pseudo-historicity of the work, and instead of robbing it of familiarity it further reinforced the setting of the film as one that could stand apart even when taking the focus of the narrative away from it.Royal Space Force
·Depiction of Republican forces rather one-note, using odd sound processing to convey mysteriousness of different language/dialect, even when that goes against emphasizing familiarity of life in general.
You put too much faith in Neo GAINAX.If Aoki Uru is anywhere near this level of unbridled ambition, trussed with solid execution, then I'll be more than satisfied.
Naw, it's all a front for all the angst that happens later in S1. There are many problems with the show, but the harem set up (in terms of it actually being a harem anime) isn't exactly one of them.Based on what I watched of the show, sorry, I don't think I can trust you on that... that was a harem show, no question! And regardless, the main character is extremely unlikable and sexist, and the female lead is absurdly stupid. Not a good pair, to say the least, and not characters I want to watch much of...
There's nothing wrong with the Republic language being used. I just think it sounds monotone and lifeless in practice. It's one thing to have different people speak differently, but it's another to go overboard and process the heck out of it. Because this sounds so robotic, I don't get the impression, within the film, that they're as human and compatible with individuals living in the Kingdom. But they are, which makes the sound design in any sequence involving the Republic leaders feel off.I disagree on this point. Well, yeah, I guess the sound design of the movie is its weakest point. Maybe it's just my untrained ears, but I didn't catch that the dialogue was post-processed. I just chalked the stiffness of the dialog to bad voice acting. There's nothing wrong with the Republic language being used. I just think it sounds monotone and lifeless in practice. Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru. 1st PV
The only thing that kinda bothers me is the protag's eyes. Looks way different than how the manga does it, but In Brain Base We Trust!

month is almost over... maybe a new avatar. maybe a dude this time to mix things up.
Wouldn't you have to change your username then?
I love your avatar. Not unexpected, but Valvrave sure has a nice OP.
You should get a Gunbuster pose avatar. Actually, everybody's avatar should be about the Gunbuster pose. Gunbuster pose April!month is almost over... maybe a new avatar. maybe a dude this time to mix things up.
I'm not getting my hopes up for when we all inevitably find out that there's no elevation of the source material and that Brains Base is indeed just trying to get a piece of the LNshit pie due to financial desperation. After so many bombas in a row any season could be the season that they finally throw their hands up and become Manglobe 2.0.
