Yes. They announced at the Playstation Meeting that they are announcing "a new Final Fantasy title" at E3. The obvious speculation is that it is Versus or whatever Versus has turned into. Assuming that's what this Twitter account is hinting at here, I suppose these hints about "a new addition"/"the new thing"/"something big" indicate that it will be a major presence at their booth and not just a trailer for the presser. Which it what I'd hope it would be.

It could also be something from Eidos. I know Microsoft help to promote Tomb Raider so the relationship is there if they do end up being at the Microsoft reveal event.
