What's the download size?
125gbWhat's the download size?
Big boy!125gb
A whole month ... seems a bit odd
I got it from Fanatical because it is 17% off there. Praying hard they will deliver the keys before its launch date for pre-load and not on release date.
You can pre-load games before you buy them on Xbox.Preloading means preordering.
When are people going to learn?
I hope this bear has a cameo in Starfield, like you can find him hurtling through space somewhere.![]()
If a bear glitches in space, will he ever return home?
You doing 2 playthroughs on both or sharing between the two?
Why not play the GP version at launch, and pick up the license when it goes on sale some time within the next 2 years?I think imma just buy it even though i got game pass for like 2 more years
Going gold doesn't mean anything anymore, Cyberpunk delayed after they went gold.Did they already announce it went gold?
Did they already announce it went gold?
They probably have a patch or two in the middle for reviewers and release.
yeah, I'm in the same boat. Bought mind from green man gaming. Did you get the premium edition? They would have to deliver the keys at least in time to get into the early access.
Don't know, I have the PE preordered, still saying this for me

Coming Sep 6, 2023
This game plans to unlock in approximately 4 weeks"
The fact that we still haven't seen proper gameplay of this game a month before it releases if baffling
They had that huge showcase recently. We saw gameplay, thats ot the problem. The problem is, they should do more marketing wise, get people excited for the game. Look what Tekken is doing months before its release; character reveals, stage reaveals bit by bit. They dumped this huge showcase a month ago, where is a new hype trailer, tv ad etc. I mean we are talking about MS money here, they have it. For a game that is supposed to be the next big RPG, not much marketing effort except controllers in the color pallet of the game lol.

i'm torn on whether to play this on Game Pass PC or buy on Steam.
GP will cost me nothing (or $35 for prem upgrade) but Steam is full price.
GP will let me cross-save with XSX, but Steam will let me play on Deck (maybe).
Decisions, decisions.......
Same but i think the best plan is upgrade the gamepass edition then buy it on a deep sale on steam at some point. This is assuming its decent of coursei'm torn on whether to play this on Game Pass PC or buy on Steam.

Does it automatically start preloading on Xbox if you've downloaded that 0kb placeholder thing on the Xbox or will I need to go to the store and push a button? So it begins ...

Did you miss the excellent Starfield Direct? The fact that we still haven't seen proper gameplay of this game a month before it releases is baffling
Yes, if you have the pre-load app, whenever the next time the xbox checks for "updates" and an update is found, it'll start downloading it.
