There's a patent floating around that details a system of interchangeable components that would allow you to customize the position of analog sticks, buttons, and even accommodate more specialized pieces like a track ball.
I hope we see something to that effect.
I'd personally love for it to be a split controller design, but I've never heard people at Valve espouse its benefits or anything.
I'm used to playing MS Pac-man on MAME for many years now using the arrow keys on my keyboard. So doing the same for PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX+ is like second nature to me. I can much better control pac-man than I could possible do with the Xbox 360 controller.

If you check his steam profile, he doesn't even play. The most played game is SS2 with 3.5 hours, probably idling for cards.

It's perfect for my Sony method of holding a controller.
You can always use Modbot to block people who you feel are abusing the system, either use BLOCK or BLACKLIST with their username.
I think the best rules to use with Modbot are:

SHORTRAFFLE or RAFFLE

Either way, I can't express how tired I am today, not even Coffee can save me, yet I had to squeeze some time to check what is being announced today with my good GAFfers. I also need to get back to my Dead Space playthrough but that can wait for now.

- fully uninstall MotionInJoy and fresh install SCP DS3 Drivers (because I don't want shit fucking up my playtime anymore);
- finalize Dark Souls installation;
- handle GFWL in some ways I don't know;
- install DSFix and other stuff;
- play the hell out of Dark Souls;
- be back here for the big announcement.

What's your problem??? many of those "bundle games" were givenaway to friends who cant buy games, I live in Venezuela where exist an iron control over the dollar exchange, only allow us to spend $ 400 annually on digital purchases ... And if I played little lately is because I have work to do, when I get vacation'll have more time to play ... Dont judge me without knowing me ...

I had this happen with a few games earlier in the year. Just install them again and Steam will detect the existing data.

I have Dead Space 1 and 2 on Steam, and Dead Space 3 on Origin. I know it's silly, but it bothers me not having the complete trilogy listed under either of these.
Fact is, I installed XInput SCP drivers some time ago because fuck MIJ of course, but without uninstalling MIJ.
Now, every now and then when I plug the controller it isn't recognized (I get all 4 leds blinking instead of just one) and I have to uninstall and install again the SCP drivers.
Turns out I had already uninstalled MIJ, can't even remember when, and so I cannot follow the uninstalling guide I found somewhere, so I'm probably stuck like this until the next format.
