I've been having something of a 360 nostalgia trip lately. Played a couple games I first played on xbla back when I still had my 360.
Super Meat Boy
I made it to Hell back when I first played it. I'm having a really rough time now just in The Hospital levels. My platforming prowess has become more shitty over the years apparently. The thing is though, try as I might, even when I do pass a level I don't really feel good about it. As I mentioned in my thread about masochistic platformers much of the success that I achieve in this game feels like luck or simply reflexes. The whole experience just feels incredibly scripted.
Castle Crashers
Played this with a friend yesterday while I solo'd it mainly on 360. This game really is meant for co-op. I had a great deal of fun with this. It really makes me want Dragon's Crown on steam or really just more side scrolling beat em ups with rpg elements. Also I want every The Behemoth game on steam (alien hominid and battleblock theatre), we had to wait quite some time for Castle Crashers, I'm not okay with waiting on these. And speaking of The Behemoth, are they working on anything now?
