Gonna avoid getting Steam ver. of Young Justice Legacy til December, hopefully it'll go at 50%, and by then there'll be patches for the errors.
Also the DLC are apparently skins or some such?
I didn't enjoy 3 all that much overall so I tempered my expectations for Black Flag. It's the general core of the game I enjoy the most -- running around the place, doing stuff, collecting shit, and killing folks.

ACIV may be my favorite game in the series. Starting off with gameplay in the first sixty seconds of the game? Amazing. Letting you do EVERYTHING (traversal/collectingwise) within the first five? Brilliant. And the story's actually a clever twist on the preexisting formula. Played someone else's copy; can't wait to pick up my own, but it's gonna be several months. :\
Refresh my memory, I can now share my Steam library with say my brother right? So he can log into my Steam account and dl games to his PC even if I'm logged into it at my PC?

Concurrent logins aren't permitted. The way sharing works is that you log in on a device and authorise it, at which point your library will appear to anybody else who logs in on that same system. As the account owner you're given preference, so if you load up a game while your brother is playing one, he'll be given a few minutes' notice before being booted out.

Is Max Payne's white dot for aiming supposed to be REALLY small on widescreen monitors? The game wouldn't be bad (besides me fumbling to find the bullet time activation key instead of shootdodge everywhere) on Windows 8 if I could fix that and maybe use a controller on it.
Mmmhmm. PS3s too. When they scan it in, you get the regular price, but near the end of the transaction before you finalize, it tosses the difference up to 100USD.
Thanks, I hadn't seen this yet. I just finished the first season a few days ago. Cried at the end. My girlfriend came home right in time to see me start tearing up at my computer. She didn't understand what I was going through.
This is the closest thing to the Retro Game Challenge/Game Center CX series we're ever liable to see on PC. The trailer looks phenomenal. Yet their Kickstarter's sitting at $3,733 and 125 backers (with a goal of $175,000) with 21 days left to go.
Seriously, this is the kind of project that deserves some love. I'm going to be extremely bummed if this one doesn't get off the ground.
That looks kinda cool. I'll never support a kickstarter tho. Theyll get my steam money when the game is released and confirmed not to suck, not a minute before

A bit OT, but I just bought another wired 360 controller Black so I can play co-op games locally and I noticed that the build quality is completely different than my 2 year old white one. The Xbox emblem is glossy instead of brushed. Feels lighter and most damning of all, my PC recognizes it as a normal HID controller, not a 360 controller.

the problem on pc, nobody keeps uplay on all the time, so no patching happens ever. Imagine if you only kept steam open once a week in terms of patching.

This Barbe game is our new bad rats or something?
Update is needed.
As you know, or not, I finally got to play Dear Esther, I said I'll try it, but I finished it in one sit, 80 minutes or so.
The first thought I had while playing this was: "The poor guy is no climber, a?"
I took some epic screenshots, what I not often do, being lazy and all, for whatever reason none were taken, must be my infamous luck.
All in all I enjoyed it, even not liking story that much, it was presented nicely: music, ambient sounds, visuals, narration, I have no complaints whatsoever. Really liked how things were getting creepier and creepier till
certain underwater episode
, that was really nicely done and unexpected. Liked all little things and details to discover and I thought ending was very good.
Now about it not being a game. IDK, after playing it, I would say it's interactive visual essay, being interactive makes it a game more or less.
There is one complaint about this game that I don't understand now, as in "having to find and uncover story". I don't think that's fair, unless one forgets where one is going, there is no way not to find story, well I haven't try not to, but still, that's silly complaint.
Just quoting this to get your attention since I noticed you didn't pick it up yet: only 2 more days for Skullgirls owners to get the first DLC character (Squigly) for free. After November 22nd, she will be a paid DLC download.
