yeah, it's less about ur dialogue choices and more about invisible dialogue starters that you trigger by walking too muchIt's by design, I feel. The bonus interviews state that they wanted to emulate the feeling of a conversation as close as possible, and real dialogues can indeed be interrupted by somebody suddenly blurting out or something else happening.
If there's something a person really want to say, they'll usually continue it with variations of "anyway, what was I saying?" after the tangent is over.
like now i basically let every conversation play out before moving cos i kept skipping parts of the dialogue that way
game is really cool btw, liking everything about it a lot
