Aragami is pretty good so far, even if the checkpoint system can be crap. Like, I do a platforming section to get an item and than I need to leave the area (full of enemies of course), just give me a checkpoint right after I get the item, don't force me to do all the platforming part again when I die.

So a slim UPlay style Blizzard client confirmed? Makes little sense otherwise.
The biggest problem I have with PUBG is that it's so easy to leave the game frustrated. Having runs where you get absolutely nothing done just end up feeling like wasted time. And often the runs where you don't even finish near the top end up being the most satisfying.
Like the other day I managed to shotgun a guy from a moving bike, and then again in the same match another guy from moving jeep. Felt real good. Of course when I looted the jeep guy and took his guns, I somehow managed to not take any bullets for any of the guns I took (I was outside the circle so I was in a bit of a hurry), and then ended up dying because of that, but eh.

I want to buy Hollow Knight later on, but that map mechanic seems lame.
The map mechanic might seem lame, but it's fine. The map updating as you explore would have been better from a downtime standpoint, but it updating when you sit on a bench adds a little charm to the whole experience. As you relax on the bench, taking some pause from the adventure, you update the map.

Some parts arent updated though till you die in those parts. At least that happened to me. Sat on all benches in one area, but there were still parts of the map that I could not see in that area unless I died in them.

Not for awhile since the prices pretty much shot up quickly. Best just get over it if you want to upgrade and buy it.
It doesn't go more than 40% off these days, which is barely a saving given the low base price. I'd say $5 for an extra ~couple hours of gameplay is reasonable.
You don't get the full map. He only partially maps each area, you fill in the rest.
I like the mechanic personally, i get excited every time I hear him humming.

im in SEA and my local trusted computer stores told me to not expect the vga price to drop anytime this year, if it does, its probably gonna be early next year.
If/when nVidia and AMD release versions of their graphics card which aren't usable for mining is what I've heard.
Running it in a borderless window should eliminate tearing by way of automatic triple buffering.

Well, it's a well known issue.
There's a new setting called 'full-screen optimization', unless you disable it per each executable, borderless fullscreen can tear.

Can you be more specific? I can't find any option like that.
I think the cuts were for the best. The campaign flows better with some of the Hel and underground cavern levels removed. Once you reach the surface for the first time, it really takes off. The cut levels can still be played with developer commands or the Rune Extended mod.
Might be just a GSync issue. Just google Creators Update tearing.
It's under the properties for executables, like where you'd change the compatibility mode for an older version of windows.

I love the "it goes some way to explain why she wanted to eat Frodo" bit. Like, being a huge ass spider who eats everything that comes across her path isn't enough, noo. Need more motivation. God, the thought that this git is writing two story heavy games about LOTR almost wants to make me play Shadow of Mordor.

Thanks for this. I stumbled upon Rune on Steam last year and I had never hear about it, but it looked interesting, so I wishlisted it. After watching the video, the game jumped to the Top 10 on my wishlist.
