Man, I'd like to figure out where Soul Suspect is so cheap. I've been pretty interested in it since before it even came out, but never got it as the word of mouth was pretty... not great. I was waiting for a sale, but haven't seen it have a decent one.
Also, all of that for $20 is crazy. Shadownet the deal machine.

This is a perfect time to abandon your EU campaign and start a EW playthrough with The Long War mod. It provides more tradeoffs with starting equipment. Fixes the EW problem of MEC's coming too early. Doubles the number of troop classes; widens the choices for troop perk upgrades and balances them better. What I mean is a mode where you can be visibly offline to your friends, but still be able to invite them into multiplayer games that use the Steam friends invite system. Basically so you can easily pick and choose who you want to play with, and not be swamped with invites from 10000 people.

You don't see your friends anymore if you're not signed in, that's the issue. Which is weird because you could still manually get to their page and get that info anyway.
The guy I bought off of is completely out. The code expired today so he redeem it all. I ended up buying both copies of his Sniper Elite 3. Which I'm going to give away anyway.
But I don't think you can still see your friends list once you're offline.
He meant like a "Lurker" mode. So you're offline to everyone but you can still send messages and see who's on.

Anybody here using family sharing? I tried it but it doesn't work for me, it only says "We've discovered the owner has already authorized this device for game sharing. You're all set" but evertime I try to start the game in question it asks me to request access again, just to see the message above. So I can't play the game even though Steam tells me I can

I'm using it and it does need some tuning before it works. I had the same exact problem but can't remember how I fixed it. Probably by updating to beta client but that was back then so I have no idea if that will have an effect now. From time to time I still have issues with family sharing I'd hope Valve would fix in near future.
Yeah, I've been using family sharing with two of my friends. One friend we've both shared our accounts with each other, the other I shared my account with him simply because he wanted to try some 2d games I have to see if they'd play on his laptop before he bought them. Has worked out fine, with no issues.

Steam allows nudity and illusions to and depictions of sex, even player initiated, e.g. Max Payne 3, The Witcher 1 & 2, Mass Effect 1 & 2, GTA series, Baldur's Gate 1 & 2, Alpha Protocol, etc.
I think they might have issues with porn games though.
