What ever happened to Paca Plus, anyway? It doesn't appear to be on Steam or Greenlight. Was it pulled? Was it ever even there?

It didn't used to be, that's something that's new since the last like, sale, I think, and is steam community wide.
Too many complaints about region locked keys, maybe.

I would think that it has something to do with getting games that aren't region locked at lower prices thanks to converting other currencies into Brazilian Reals. Valve seems to be trying to cut back on loopholes like that.

Does the errors and the fact that it uses the same code mean that I cannot share the 3 remaining copies like that?

I think that means that the same person will win all three of those.
