I have i5-4690K & AMD R9 290X...I'd imagine I would be able to run the game pretty well but I just want to make sure. I'm still new to PC gaming as a whole so I try to be a little cautious.

Actually MGSV, MGSV:GZ are the available in Asia this time around. With Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, those three games are the only Konami games I can see in store.

They do accept Paypal accounts from Asia. It's just that you need to use Hola to add region locked games (like this one) to your cart. After that you can switch it off and continue with the order normally.
