Support NeoGAF

As much as I love NeoGAF it is difficult to play Steam games, L4D2 and TF" in particular with gaffers as most of them are in the USA and pings verge on the unplayable.

Thus I have created a steam group called EuroGAF.

Anyone is free to join but err would be more useful if it was Europeans only. Should make getting games together much easier.

I even made a spiffy logo.
