I had no idea so many people bought the Civ games. I always was under the impression that it was a really niche genre.

Nah, that's a sweet deal.

Even today people are discovering the new Civ games on a daily basis.

$5 for Civ V Complete is an absolute steal, and a magical entry point for those new to the strat genre.

It still is a relatively niche genre in general. You just have some standout titles like the Civ games or Crusader Kings 2.

They are massive but I got vanilla V for free during those game awards voting. Doubt the giveaway accounted for more than a couple dozen thousand but still.

Did they ever make Beyond Earth decent? $15 for it and the expansion seems like an okay deal but I know it sort of fizzled.

After the Copoka incident, I went through my Humble keys and noticed I had not activated a bunch of them, for some unknown reasons. Either it was my own weird decision or some of these keys were added later on. Mistake fixed.

Also, I have installed Greasemonkey and as many NeoGAF scripts as I could find. Some of them are really neat. &#128540;

Canabalt & Wild Park 3 were added afterwards, I think.

Yeah, I finished it, absolutely loved it :D
I can't recall now what I was up to before when i last posted but really in summary, it's a great experience that really should be checked out by anyone with a passing interest in VNs.
It surprised me a lot, as going in I expected something more like a horror mystery but it's more akin to like a gothic romance really.

I might get lynched by some for saying it but I still don't think it's my favourite VN, that still goes to Umineko :p

Its ok. What matters is that for me its my fav VN. My avi gives that away anyway

id hold fire on trickstyle, its literally the gog version which has no res options, lots of audio issues and xbox controller doesnt work either.

Today i played Dishonored 2 for two and a half hours straight. I can't remember when i played game more than hour to hour and a half. And more interesting thing is that i spent those two and a half hours on Mission 3 and i still didn't finish that mission.
