Well I was thinking along the lines of a nuclear deterrent. Go conduct some very public tests so that your adversaries know you have a weaponised OT ready to go up the moment one is late. To put it in perspective, the Japanese players purchased 150,000 copies of Cold Steel in Japan day 1 on PS3/Vita, at roughly $67 (PS3) and $58 (Vita) price points.

It's quite the feat to demand or assume a PC port from a company when you can't even hold a candle to their domestic target platforms in terms of revenue. Just assume that you are very lucky if you get one, or that a PC port already existed long ago in the past.
