You should, they fixed most of the issues and added lots of free content. Shogun 2 is the better game though, at least for the moment

Depends on if you want a ton of skins like a normal batman nerd (it also has some extra challenge maps). Your call, it's your $2.50.
I would not recommend anyone buy Arkham Origins Blackgate.
Scribblenauts is probably worth it if you like Scribblenauts or DC comics.

I'd recommend the Season Pass, the new challenge maps are fun and more skins are always welcome in Batman games
Scribblenauts Unmasked is great even if you don't know a lot of stuff about the DC Universe. It's also harder than other Scribblenauts games which is a good thing
However nobody should spend money on GMG unless it comes from free rewards credit
I think the PayItForward rule is the best thing Stump came up with for Modbot. This way everyone is giving away a game. Though there should be a rule that if you haven't given a game away before the raffle is posted. You're not qualify nonetheless. That way, people won't give away $1 game just so they can be eligible.

I've only driven around for around an hour and did a few missions/quests/races, it reminds me of one of those old mmo racing games I've played many years ago with a mix of burnout paradise. I didn't like the handling and physics but I can't tell if it's just the car I was driving.
The world is huge and pretty detailed, I kind of like that, I mostly just ignored the other stuff and was driving around because of that, but it's incredibly rough due to it being beta. It felt like there were a lot of judders with the framerate at 60fps.
I haven't done any of the multiplayer stuff though so that portion of the game could be fun.

The way stump explained modbot's selection process was that it only checks the qualifications as it selects the winner.

So are you saying Shogun 2 now and Rome II later? Or Rome II now since they fixed most of the issues?
To be eligible for a game's booster packs you need to have gotten all your card drops for that game.
Depending on your Steam level, you'll get a random booster every now and then. I think the rate of booster drops to a particular game is tied to how many badges other users have crafted for that particular game.

Kinda random but I got the mobile game Ninja Village by Kairosoft a few months ago and then after playing Total War: Shogun 2, I was really amused by the similarities. Ninja Village is like a simplified 8-bit version without the strategic battles (as if you auto-resolved them), but with more city-building elements. Needless to say, I enjoyed them both.

I think it really depends on which setting you like most. Rome II has a much larger scale than Shogun 2 with hundreds of different factions, unit types etc Shogun 2 is a smaller but tighter and more refined experience. It's also cheaper to get Shogun +all DLC than base Rome II if I'm not mistaken
I'd personally go with the Gold Edition of Shogun 2 and wait for Rome II to be done with all it's DLCs and expansions. There are still a lot of them on the way and by the time all of them are out Rome II will probably be a completely different game and hopefully better than Shogun 2
