At this point I don't even know if I want to play the Evil Within DLC. The story didn't necessarily make me want to see more.
the season pass is 10 dollars now, and 25 for both
with a good discount that would be a steal

The first sale after the move to community both threads stayed open, everyone afterwards got locked, so it's fair to assume nothing will change and it'll get locked again.
Agree with you, I always plan on being active in sale threads but it's just too much to follow and I drop out quickly until after the sale.
Just noticed the first dude face palms while shooting. Yup, it's that bad.
The game is pretty fun if you can get past some budget jank. Which is mainly in the multi mission mode.

Guess it'll depend on just how low it'll sell for.I liked the DLC a lot but know you didn't like the base game too much. What I can say is the story saw a big improvement in the DLC, it kind of explains it better, and I thought the DLC villain was leagues better than the main story villain. It also made me like Kidman, which is impressive as I could not give two shits for her in the main game.
But the DLC does play differently as there's hardly any combat, almost completely stealth-based, and has completely different areas, new enemies built around diversity of stealth, and improved stealth mechanics. Even the few returning areas have twists on themlike the area you fought the two ogres in the main game is at night and used as a site for a puzzle, and go to a new area nearby this with a ritual ground.
i would have thought they would have released the game at the same price of disgaea... not more...

GTA will probably be a shitty sale with Shark Points. My little wishlist:
- Dark Souls 3
- GTA 5
- Axiom Verge
- TES Morrowind
Seems very likely they'll be on sale. I think it's a little early for DS3, but I hope GTA is 50%. All time low seems to be 40%

I've finally uninstalled The Witcher 3 for good. That's 50GB out of my HDD, phew.
Easily one of my favorite games of all time. The expansions are pretty great as well. Did my best to complete the achievements, but nah I don't think I can deal with it.
I really hope CDPR can somehow remake the first two games with RED3 Engine. Maybe separate each act into White Orcard sized maps and that'll do just fine. There's huge potential market for the first two games. The first one is not accessible for non PC gamers, and the Witcher 2 is PC/360 exclusive. Lots of new fans started playing The Witcher from the Wild Hunt and still missed the first two games, and lots of them want more adventure featuring Geralt. Ending The Witcher series at this point is like leaving money on the table. Good bye Geralt, you'll be missed.
Turok 2 enhanced when?
We're making great progress but that's all I can say!
Any news on No One Lives Forever?
No, sorry - Cate makes a very small cameo appearance in our Kickstarter video though! See if you can spot her
What was the hardest game you ever encountered to get running in modern hardware?
Games like Dark Seed II can run on modern machines but require a copy of 3.1 in the DosBox package.
Since Win 3.1 is not open source we can't legally distribute it.
Titanic: Adventure Out of Time is currently giving us fits!
Which game that you haven't yet gotten would you like to?
One game (out of many) that we haven't secured is Blade Runner. I've made a ton of progress but with the new movie being announced it's been increasingly difficult. It took MONTHS just to track down a member of the Blade Runner Partnership and I know almost every original team member from Westwood by name.
What other obscure PC (or even console) games from that time period do you want to remaster and rerelease?
I would love to release Drowned God, The Dark Eye, Obsidian, The Space Bar...as for console games...Body Harvest!!
Everyone buy this. It's better than Disgaea story and gameplay wise.
Someone beat me to that sweet Velvet Ass but I'd take Asteroid, thanks. So I activated:

Great to hear mention of Blade Runner even if its probably a long way off.AMA with Stephen Kick (Night Dive Studios) from earlier today.

Blade Runner...there is hope! I'm so happy this guy loves adventure games. Can't wait for Titanic: Adventure Out of Time, and it would be great to see him secure titles like The Dark Eye, Obsidian, and The Space Bar.
About 17 hours.Do we know how many hours left for the sale? Can't wait!!!
Poor games. Sad and unwanted.

Here's the URL if you can find a cache: http://www.edge-online.com/features/the-making-of-blade-runner/Didn't Dr. Dogg write up a cool review on his playthrough of Blade Runner a couple years ago? Would be something cool to dig up if we can find it.

First actual gaming PC in 12 years, I've just had a laptop (Macbook at that) since then.
This sale is going to hurt me.
