On behalf of console gamers I apologize.
This.
The games are bad. Stay away from them if you value your sanity.
On behalf of console gamers I apologize.
Square just shot themselves in the foot.
I don't know how much the rest of you know about console gaming culture (I'm an expert), but honor and shame are huge parts of it. It's not like it is in pc gaming where you can become successful by being an asshole. If you screw someone over in consoles, you bring shame to yourself, and the only way to get rid of that shame is repentance.
What this means is the console gamers, after hearing about this, is not going to want to purchase FFXIII for any system, nor will they purchase any of Square's games. This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want, but Square has alienated an entire market with this move.
Square, publicly apologize and cancel FFXIII for steam or you can kiss your business goodbye.
I wonder what the modding community can do wit this.
This is not the JRPG you want on Steam
I'd buy them all on PC. Lightning Returns Day 1 actually since I still need to play it.
I wonder what the modding community can do with this.
I wouldn't be surprised if one of the hidden PS games is LR Remastered for the PS4/XBOne.
Welp. Ff15 PC is almost a lock now I'd assume.

The streaming service is new too, or? Maybe thats the reason for a PC port? If you want to build up a streaming service you will not stream old games from PS3s? You will use big PC servers to stream them, or?
it`s everywhere run to the hillssnot even PC players can escape Lightning....
Square probably realized after selling truckloads of FF 7 and FF8 during steam sales they would be stupid not to capitalize on this triology.
FFXIII on Steam?!

I fucking HATE Final Fantasy XIII.
PASSIONATELY.
But I would feel compelled to buy at least XIII-2 if it came to PC (because it wasn't as bad) Just to reward S-E for doing so good for PC lately.
What the fuck am I posting...
Man, I'd actually buy this if it'd bring KH over.
But otherwise I'm super hype that the whole series is moving over, even though I'm no fan of the XIII trilogy
The streaming service was announced last week: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=891392
Haha, are you serious about this sh*t?!
I wonder what the modding community can do with this.
If FFXV releases on Steam as well, there goes my main reason to buy a PS4/X1.
That's why I'm so excited.A post-PS1 era FF game coming to PC.
