I bet many don't even know it has a store page yet (I didn't until the post above).

Though that price, while expected, is gonna be a turn off for many. With no bonuses whatsoever, I bet many are gonna wait it out (including me, since I just can't afford both firis and nier automata, have to play sophie first anyway).

Disappointing Humble Monthly for me. Not a single game I really want to play or even try. Maybe One Piece, but I usually can't be bothered with musou games.

That's a pity. Toukiden was an exception. That game has some beautiful profile backgrounds.

Rive looks cool and was on my wishlist but yeah, thats weak ass monthly (well, I mean, not counting the fact that we got Total Warhammer for $12 so...you know...), I hate bridge games nd the other two games look like random bundle fodder games, no offense to either, they might even be great.

"The timing was amazing, miraculous," says Square Enix producer Yosuke Saito. "This collaboration was suggested when we'd just come up with the idea of making the Nier sequel a mobile game. We were inspired by Platinum Games - they were great fans of the first Nier, and their suggestion was remaking Nier as a Vita title. So we got two different projects together, and maybe the best option was doing a full console game."

Nier 2 as a mobile game? Taro says the original idea was along the lines of Farmville - something that surely would have gone down just swimmingly with the fans.

"Yeah, we're very glad we didn't go down that route," says Saito.

It was almost a friggin' mobile game...

Gremlins Inc. is a great strategy game which had an online DRM. Exactly a year after its release from Early Access, the Lituanian devs are about to release a standalone game without DRM.

One thing that I hate the most with most games doing sexy ladies is that ... everyone has the EXACT SAME MODEL

Combat somewhat DMC like. You can do cool combos and things like that. It's not as good or as deep but it was never intended to be. This is not a straight up action game.

The main appeal is a superb soundtrack and well written story penned by a legit crazy person. The characters are interesting. This isn't some DMC shit tier writing screaming about filling your dark soul with light. The lore is actually quite interesting and there is a lot of it if someone is interested in that type of thing.

There is often genre blending mixing in elements of top down shooters, bullet hell and other games. The first Nier even had a text adventure and it was brilliant. The original Nier had one of the best stories I ever experienced in a game and I was sold on Automata since day one.

That price is normal, PSN prices on the other hand... I can buy 2 copies of Automata or 4 copies of Firis on Steam for less than the price of one Yakuza 0 on PSN.
