I find it to be rather irritating how you need to do the math against the arrows direction and not towards it

In order to get to the 14, the arrow that goes from the left to the right, you need to count backwards, 4 times 3 + 2 where as for the 10, the arrow that goes from the right to the left, you need to start counting from the left into the right direction, 2 times 3 + 4

This is really bumming me out on the game, as i regularely confuse the fact and have to redo puzzles

The way I thought about it was that the number was the sum, for example 14, then it makes sense it would build towards that number. 14 <------

EDIT: in other words I just ignored the little arrow by the number.

That would totally confuse me too. I wonder if you can request a patch that has an option to reverse the arrows.

Playing Crosscells kind of just makes me want to install the older games and play all of them again.

Which I will do tonight when I get home.

Figured I'd mention it again since it was mentioned almost two weeks ago now but the Doctor Who: The Adventure Games are being removed from steam at the end of the month for licensing reasons.

Doctor Who: The Adventure Games

It isn't on sale on Steam but they worked out a deal with bundlestars for it to be 3 dollars or there's the better deal of Conspiracy Bundle Reloaded
Just figured I'd mention it because I only learned about it today (Even though it was mentioned previously here) , and people usually like knowing about stuff being removed

So with Nier selling 350k full price, do you think it could eventually surpass Final Fantasy VII on Steam as long as they give it better sales than Final Fantasy titles?

It could. If they bother fix it. I swear, it's like they're trying to convince some higher ups to drop Steam support.

Probably not, but anything's possible.

I'm kinda surprised Final Fantasy VI is that low. Wasn't it considered one of the best ones?

*looks at Steam page*

Oh...

OH.

In terms of owner numbers? Maybe.
In terms of revenue? I'm pretty sure NieR already surpasses VII.

Should get their shit together and finally patch the damn game though.

As long as it gets there!

Idk Dark Souls had a way worse port and it continued selling, Batman Arkham Knight would always go to the top sellers when on sale

If people actually want the game I don't think the port quality matters that much

I bet Nioh would do pretty well even if it was the usual Koei port just because it's a game people actually want

How much did it launch at tho, it was a long time ago I wasn't on Steam then
Don't think Steamdb shows that far either

Well, it certainly already surpassed it -- and every single other FF game that's not an MMO -- in terms of revenue.

It's quite the disgrace for S-E really, but then again it's not their only disgraceful behaviour with this game.

He probably means that Nier as a low/midbudget niche game that also had catastrophal PC marketing at best is making them more money then their million-selling AAA mainstream franchise due to SE's mishandling of the platform/release timing. Which is kind of pathetic looking at it like that.
And their non-existent post-launch support.

Really hope Nier makes S-E rethink their PC strategy
Getting Dragon Quest XI and Kingdom Hearts III on PC and day one would be great

Although I wouldn't personally care about the latter if they don't also bring the collections on PS4 since I never played Kingdom Hearts

In case anyone interested, Loki, 2007 game from Cyanide Studios, is horrible Titan Quest clone (which was considered as Diablo clone back then, so this is basically clone of the clone). Incredibly boring and broken game, I'm surprised to see so much positive steam reviews on this piece of shit.

PCSX2 bruh. International is already translated.

Unless they're adding a bunch of new features to the remaster. Which is kind of hard to believe, considering Square-Enix's current state of giving a fuck.

think they added being able to equip 2 jobs and other balancing as far as I know, they fixed Vaan's abs too

Git gud and beat the game as solo Monk. No other job needed.

I'd still recommend IZJS on PCSX, or you can wait a year+ for a marginally better version. Either way, either way.

Are the Shadow Run games turn based like Divinity and Fallout/Underrail or like Pillars of Eternity? Because I am really bad at Pillars of Eternity combat.

but that's not the point, it's fun to mess around with different combinations of different classes

So what PC news are you guys excited for at E3? I usually just don't expect anything. I keep an eye out during the MS/Sony/Nintendo confrences for the CONSOLE EXCLUSIVE tag since that usually means PC release or wait for the press release to find out if something is also coming to PC.

I just hope for small PC announcements from indies or hope for Japanese PC ports announcements. I as always I just expect nothing from Valve.

surely wbacon will deliver

I really hope for a dark mode.
White background in games is just a murder on the eyes.

You could try adjusting the brightness in the options, see if that helps.

Maybe the PC conference will be worth watching for its awkwardness. In terms of games I expect nothing. In general I'm also far less excited about this E3 than in previous years. The scorpio announcement could be entertaining, but other than that I'm probably not even going to watch the conferences live.
