It didn't win anyway. This issue exists with most award shows though - you will find games in the wrong year winning. It will happen soon enough with the game awards, happens all the time with the BAFTAs

I think Doom runs alright on a 750ti which is similar performance wise to a 950m. MGS V ran on my old ass 560ti better than on consoles it should run better on your laptop too. I think I had a consistent 60FPS on a mix of medium and high at 1920*1080. Those are both incredibly well optimized games I wouldn't worry in either instance.

BTW. I started playing it yesterday, and finished 2 tutorial "missions". I have to say that i like it a lot. There are so many different ways of doing... everything. Game looks very good and performance is better compared to when first 2 episodes were released.
I would recommend the game for this price.

I've only played a handful of levels so far, but it seems like a really nice follow-up to TIS-100, with a lot of interesting possibilities on account of the use of modular units that you can combine in various ways. The interface is pretty handy and they've finally addressed one of the more annoying limitations in their previous games, so that you can now save any number of solutions for each puzzle (or at least a much larger number than before), without having to juggle save-files yourself.
Highly recommended based on what I've played so far, and will probably end up on my GOTY list, though it'll probably take some commitment if you don't have any prior programming experience. My only complaint is that it lacks the achievements of the previous games, which typically force you to solve problems in non-conventional ways. Currently there are only 4 achievements, and 3 of them are gained by winning an in-game game of solitaire up to 100 times.
Also, the highly thematic manual deserves a shout-out.

NIS announced that version. Spike Chunsoft self publishes on PC. It'll probably be like the Zero Escape ports announced on it's own.
Though console version will be superior because you can sell it after you realize what a piece of shit it is.
I think it's because it isn't Spike Cunsoft that is announcing it, it's NISA. Remember that they will self-publish it on Steam just like the Zero Escape ports. Guessing the announcement will come either later today or on Monday.

It was done because they want you in their ecosystem, plain and simple.
I wish steam was better at showing what it is actually doing during a download. Case and point: i downloaded the 6.4 gig dishonored 2 patch in about 15 minutes, but it is stuck at 6.4/6.4 for about another 15 minutes now. The time remaining indicator is totally useless if after the download I still have to wait a while for it to truly complete.
Microsoft needs to seriously blow the Win10 store the fuck outta the sky already. Its such a shit product its not even funny anymore. I went into the apps section of the store and clicked update all for all my apps. For the next like 3-4 days my internet went to complete shit and everything was acting up real slow. I was wondering wtf was going on so I kind just stumbled into that app section again. And I find out that not only did Win10 store update all the apps but it also decided to redownload all the fucking Xbox games over again for some reason. There was literally like 100+ gb of shit being downloaded in the background all these days and I had no idea. Like what in the flying fuck man.

Cause it seems every year a publication will come out and say their GOTY is something like 80 Days or Sunless Sea and the thread is just a bunch of people shutting it up because it wasn't Uncharted or Gears or something else big.
