I haven't really been checking out steam sales in a while, but man these aren't really good discounts. I was hoping to get Night in the Woods, but I don't even see that with any kind of sale. That's disappointing.

Nearly 2 hrs after the start of the sale and Steam is still very sloppy. Lmao the thirst is real. Can't remember the last time it was this bad.

The deals look pretty good nonetheless. I think I'm gonna buy Hollow Knight and Spaceplan for now.

Anyone playing GRIP??
Is it worth for 12€? It's not really great discount but i wanted to buy it for some time now... not sure because it's still in EA. But i guess it will be more expensive when it's fully released.

That sucks. No more cheap russian copies

That ship sailed just before the 2014 Winter Sale (or March 2015, depending on your perspective). Up until recently, though, it was still possible for users in a trade-restricted region to send gifts to users in other countries within the same classification -- e.g. somebody in Brazil could send gift copies to someone in Argentina as they both belong to the Central/South America group. That's no longer permitted, more or less, by virtue of the Brazilian store generally having notably cheaper prices.

Anyone know what the deal is with PUBG on GMG? Slickdeals says $21.89, but the page on Green Man shows regular price. Do they apply a discount at checkout?

Bethesda's sale stuff is always so frustrating. Dishonored at 75% off but the Definitive Edition is only 50% off

You can get a coupon code for 25-20% off. I could send you one later today if you want.

I'd like to know too, I'm tempted.

The game is quite frustrating, especially when you try to grind at later levels due to open PVP. The community is really selfish and doesn't wanna share their grinding rotation. You can get lucky and find a party for grinding but they always leave soon after in my experience. And if you decide to go at it with no pets, your wrists will hurt so much due to how active the combat is and the constant pressing R to pick up loot. But yeah, I'd say it's worth it. I got 200 hours out of it and only paid 6 bucks. Keep in mind the pop-in is TERRIBLE.

Can you gift to yourself? BlazBlue Central Fiction is only $25 if I buy the bundle (versus $31 normally), but it says it has to be a gift and I remember reading Valve changed how that worked recently.

For a PC edition of the game? I'm trying to buy it on Steam for a reason lol.

We're in the Steam sale thread comparing prices to Steam sale for a Steam game, so yes, I was referring to the PC version :p It's $30 on Steam and $25 on Amazon for me in the US for I think the base version. Just go check Amazon or isthereanydeal.

Definitely, it's fun to just explore the super beautiful and atmospheric landscape - post-pandemic New York insisted with blizzards and contamination. Don't expect some amazingly creative campaign - it mostly just ushers you from place to place as you collect gear and shoot dudes, but overall it's worth 10 bucks. Especially if you have a good graphics card and can crank up the visuals.

Got a 980 and 2500k. Enough muscle to pull High 60?

Definitive Edition includes all the DLC though.

edit: Forgot Def edition is twice the price. That means Brigmore Witches and Knife of Dunwall each cost more than the base game which is pretty stupid.

HOnestly as a long term WoW/GW2/ and dabbled in FF14 (which i didnt rate) BDO is the most in depth and varied MMO of them all. It really is superb!

It's one of the better sandbox MMO's out there. Downsides are atrocious writing and storytelling, bad controller support and it's a really grindy game.

Time to turn on Steam Idler for a bit and get some cards.

I love trading cards because they are essentially free money. It's nice when you get some that you can sell for around $0.30. It adds up.

Is there any way to prevent early access games from showing up in my queue entirely? It's like 90% early access crap even though I've never bought such a game
