Picked up Edith Finch and House in Fanta Morgana tonight after putting it off for a while.

However Amazon does sell Steam games. They will price match some of the sale games like Nier for example. Be careful though as some are for other launchers like Uplay or Rockstar Social Club.

How rough is D: The Game? Does it hold up at all? I honestly cannot recall if I played this game back around it's release, or only played the sequel. Only a little over a $1 plus trading cards makes it seem like it may be worth it overall.

Sorry this is a bit of a jumbled mess ...
Pretty different. Divinity is entirely turn-based with lots of emphasis on the terrain environment factoring into battles (e.g., break a barrel of oil with an arrow and then light it on fire with a fireball spell), but with less focus on story.
Pillars is real-time with pause, which changes the flow of combat quite a bit. It also spends more time fleshing out its (arguably) more interesting world. I can't remember a damn thing from the plot of Divinity, but I certainly can from Pillars. That said, the combat in Pillars is good, but probably not as good as Divinity.

pillars is a really traditional d&d inspired rtwp game, that's generally serious and "realistic". story and characters are really good and the universe is really deep too, although gameplay wise it's kind of a known quantity. if you played an old crpg you know how pillars plays.
divinity is turn based and a lot more mechanics driven, so you can do a lot of fun stuff like teleport around to break quests in interesting and fun new ways, you can do shit like use one character to talk to an npc and get their attention, while another character loots their stuff, and the game is generally a lot goofier so this works really well. the story and world and all that is not that good tho, i found it to be not generic or bland but still uninteresting
also divinity has an interesting co-op system but i didn't want to subject anyone to my glacial gameplaying pacing so i didn't test it out much
overall they're fairly similar games, both are really good and different takes on a traditional rpg

I asked something similar about Guardians, I want to buy it but I'm put off by the ridiculous performance issues of Batman.
Saint's Row 2 is one of if not the worst port of all time just so you know!

I got Fata Morgana (hope it lives up to the GAF hype), Half Minute Hero bundle, Umihara Kawase bundle, and TitS FC. I'll probably get Holliw Knight with my next paycheck.
Just finished it on PS4 last month and thought it was merely alright. A lot of bluster about it being one of the better AC games at launch, but I really didn't find it all that different or superior to AC Unity having now played both(especially since Unity is all fixed up from its rough launch).
It's Assassins Creed in Victorian-era London. In the mood for AC? You will get what you expect. No real surprises, although nothing inherently wrong about that either. The grappling hook does make traipsing around the city a bit less tedious than in past games though.

I loved both of those games. The brutality Lincoln Clay exercises almost flippantly against the mob men is a sight to behold. Really wish that Punisher game was on digital platforms , still boot up the Xbox copy from time to time. I wonder if it runs well on PCSX2.

One Finger Death Punch is fantastic and so addictive.
You have to make sure they are using a ranged weapon vs. a melee weapon. It's a bit confusing with casters because their ranged weapons and melee weapons kind of look the same. I can't remember offhand which is which, but that guy comes with both weapon types, so just switch the weapon types.
If you want to get really fancy there are auto AI rules can set for each character - look on the character sheet and you'll see a button for setting them up.

I'm thinking about taking the plunge on the infinity collection with baldurs gate 1-2 and icewind dale and the soundtracks for 30.72. Is there a better deal on that anywhere?
Also planescape torment with the soundtrack as well as a separate purchase. Is the enhanced edition good? I'm so pumped to experience these classics because I didn't play many pc games growing up.

Thanks to everyone here and in the hidden gems thread that suggested Cosmic Star Heroine. I'm about 5 hours into it and absolutely loving the game. Been dying for more cyberpunk games, and it's everything I'd want in a cyberpunk JRPG-style game.

I would just get Baldur's Gate 2 and Planescape and call it a day. Not sure if I would bother with soundtracks though. You can always come back to Icewind later, and those games are quite a bit different in that they are mostly all about combat. Baldur's Gate 1 is a good game but it's slow and it involves low level 2nd Edition AD&D gameplay which is YMMV unless you are used to it.
