Chris Cornell recently uploaded his analysis/breakdown to select tracks from the Streets of Rage 2 Soundtrack. He occasionally analyzes and does breakdowns to various music from Anime, Movies and Video Games on his YouTube Channel.

I've played Streets of Rage 2 multiple times throughout my childhood. I always thought the music was great, but I never really thought how crazy it was from a melodic standpoint.

As an Electronic Music Producer, I watched this and I was blown away by what was going on in the music. Yuzo Koshiro is insane in his work. I simply find it fascinating for Chiptine tracks to sound this complex.

Streets of Rage 2, along with Bloodlines and Golden Axe 2 are my 3 favorite soundtracks for the Genesis/Megadeive.
