Nintendo used to give me what I wanted all the time. Now they give me what I want once or twice a year.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 is like the equivalent of Super Mario 64 2 being made. I still kinda don't believe it's coming out, it's too good to be true and Nintendo never does this.

(Wii is having a strong second half for me - Monster Hunter Tri, Super Mario Galaxy, Sin & Punishment 2, Endless Ocean 2). Nice buncha games. If they have Zelda too it'd be sick.

Not in it for MH or EO2, but I've got my eye on Hudson's platformer and Naka's platformer. Speaking of platformers, there's Epic Mickey too. Should keep my eye on that one.

Makes sense they'd put scrapped levels and the engine more to use. I can imagine there was a lot of content left over and development went pretty smooth. Let's face it, with the dropping sales of the Wii, Nintendo needs Mario to keep that cash money flowing.

This month is pretty badass. I have a pseudo-Zelda game next week with 3D Dot Game Heroes. The week after there is Red Dead Redemption; rarely do we get a western game let alone one that looks as good as this. After Red Dead, it isn't even a full week until Galaxy 2 is mine and I play until my heart pumps oil.

Just redoing an entire semester's worth of work, some of it from scratch, before the Wednesday after next.

I haven't played a new game since Miles Edgeworth, but I stopped at the start of the third case. That was 3 months ago.
