That really hurts anyone outside of the US and Europe. It's very hard to get Mad Catz products at any sort of reasonable price, especially shipping. I hope you guys are aware of that.

Amazon is reliable and has good shipping fees. At the moment the TE2 is something like $120 more expensive than the RAP V4 because the only option is to use an expensive forwarding service.

I'm aware, unfortunately we don't have the ability to sell the PS4/PS3 sticks directly to EU at this time, otherwise we'd have them available for order there as well. We're working on it still.

I even inquired after a week and they were all "please understand." So I guess my only options now are the ugly TE2s in the US, which I have zero interest in so I'm stick-less and I may as well throw these Hayabusa sticks in the trash now. Frustrated beyond belief.

Meanwhile, the Princess Kaguya Blu-Ray that came out in Japan yesterday? Currently out for delivery.

If you need assistance proxying a stick from Japan I know a few people who could help. You could even try asking some people on GAF who are already in Japan like colinp.

Just ordered my XB1 R.A.P stick a few days ago and it should be here by saturday. Just wondering, what's that gap at the bottom have under it? None of the pictures online show what the groove at the bottom of the casing contains.
 
Is there any repository for stick art PSDs, specifically formatted for the TE2? I'll hopefully get the USF4 PS4 TE2 next week and I'm thinking about modding it.

Don't know about that, the Guilty Gear TE2 are pretty amazing for modding. All black... Prrrrrrfect!! Alreagy got my buttons ordered, baltop and looking for the art. Going to look amazing!

Its not exactly awesome for people in the EU at the moment as the new PS4 compatible sticks are only available on the US store. Going to grap a HRAP I think as I want something to play GG with and dont fancy paying around twice the price to get one reshipped.

I couldn't ask someone to do me a favor lime that. Plus I shouldn't have to "proxy" anything anyway. I ordered through Amazon.co.jp and I should've just gotten it like any other item I've ordered from there.

I don't want to have to pay $200+ for a product only to still have to modify it to look presentable. I also kind of don't want to give Madcatz my business after this.
 
Hello arcade stick GAF. I know nothing about arcade sticks. But I love arcade fighting games. I was thinking of building an arcade setup and dropping my PS4 in there. I want to know if there is a twin stick setup for the PS4 or if I have to buy 2 single stick controls?

Ideas and advice are greatly appreciated.

Question for anyone who modded a TE2: Can you simply replace the artwork without having to buy a custom plexi?

Also, if so, will the top still stay flush with the case? That raised edge kinda drove me crazy after replacing the art on the original TE.

I believe you just lift up the plexi and overlay your own artwork. The stick artwork is placed on with adhesive.

Also, does anyone know if you can mod a stick yet to be PS3/PS4/PC compatible? I have a Guilty Gear stick on pre-order as well, but I'd like to mod my original TE to also work with PS4.

You'd need to padhack a ps4 pcb, but that would work.

Thanks man, just a bit of photoshop work. Took around four hours, wish I could draw like those guys and gals however! :(

Guilty Gear is still on track, however if the union strike/delays at the port pile up more this week and next, it could spell trouble. But as of right now it has not been flagged to be delayed at all. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Thanks! Had no idea the DS4 was backwards compatible. Makes me wonder why there is a switch at all on the TE2.

Now just have to do my research on this mod as this will be a first for me. I have until SF V comes out so plenty of time to figure it out.
 
Is anyone else hopeful, after today's confirmation about crossplay between PS4/PC Streetfighter, that PS4 SFV might support PS3 sticks?


I would rather buy on the PS4, but if I can easily play with friends using PC version and my old PS3 TE stick then that's the route I'll be taking.
 
They have plenty of time to add that driver support to both Ultra and V, I'd imagine. But with Sony assisting in development I'm skeptical.
 
I'm looking to sell my BlazBlue Continuum Shift limited edition (#540 of 1500) fightstick for the PS3. I've haven't received any offers yet and am curious if that's because I only have it done as "make an offer" instead of just putting out a price. I'm hoping you guys may be able to let me know what a fair price would be. I figure it's gonna be fairly expense to ship, but I'm also willing to throw in 3 PS3 fighting games.

Is $125 shipped too much? Too little?
