Luigi is pretty funny and has a certain charm in the mansion games as well as the rpg titles. Waluigi is just Wario's personality and plays minor roles in Mario sports titles. Also as said there are plenty of more worthy potential fighters just from Mario alone

Brawl's non-directional air dodge has been seen in several clips, most recently in Little Mac's reveal video, used by the Wii Fit Trainer.
