Maybe Sakurai does it as he ends his day, which is why he was at 5pm JST so consistently before like October. Now, it has been earlier because he gets time off due to his injury, but as the deadline for the game looms, he's staying later.

There's a two hour period where posts have been made the past few months. Between 3pm and 5pm JST. It has typically been on the earlier end of that scale, but this week towards the later part
