I'll like him! Seriously, I will. The Nintendog is one of my favorite Assist Trophies! This is just going to be a badass, rather than adorable, take on that. I'm in.

Also, I completely agree with you about Nightmare in Dream Land. Kirby's Adventure had an iconic, memorable look to it, but the clashing art styles in NiDL really stood out to me in a negative way. It just didn't hook me like Kirby's Adventure did.

Oh man, I want a music update tomorrow. I want a music update every other night this week. That music section tease has me so hyped.

Oh sweet, there's not nearly enough Nightmare sightings within the Kirby series so I'm down with this.

Hmm, I always found the effect of squid ink on the CPU in MK to be quite noticeable, they tend to start swerving left and right slightly as they drive making them easy to overtake.

A like that extra change and it makes sense that your handling is affected by being covered in slippery ink goop, gives the item another way to affect human players since being blinded isn't always that bad, helps lessen the pain of pulling one out of item box online, though there's still some annoyance, probably because everyone else has mushrooms negating your ink immediately..

Word on the street is they originally had a soundtrack that made heavy use of remixes from Sonic 1 and 2, but Sega didn't feel like securing the rights for them to use it. So at the 11th hour they had to make something new.

Not sure how much of that is fiction, though.
 
So I've been playing Tropical Freeze and I must say I hope it isn't too recent to miss getting some music in on the DK stage(s).

Windmill Hills which I just played is just heavenly <3

In fact make Windmill Hills the DK stage in the Wii U version.

Man... any DK thing they put in the game, it will be great, except for the piece of shit that is Barrel Blast and Jungle Beat (Compared to classic DK platform games)

I've heard the version of the story that said BioWare composer had no prior experience of working with midi tunes so he kinda improvised what he thought would work.... didn't turn out too hot.
 
Just saw the PotD. So that amazing-looking character you call out just turns the screen black so you can't see how amazing he looks? LOL

I do look forward to his regular trophy, though. Awesome-looking character model!
