Those Chorus Men have a lot of original moves. The entire moveset is based off of DK's final smash! They are for professional players only!
That's one of his moves as a playable character (on the roster).SOON

I really can't wait for Bandana Dee to be confirmed.
He has potential for a fun moveset, not to mention he is the most important character in the Kirby series, being more relevant than Kirby himself!
I guarantee that Shulk will be a playable character. In fact, I'm willing to suck no available dicks if he gets announced.

If you ask me Snake was a soft disconfirm at E3 when Sakurai made a big deal about Mario, Sonic, Mega Man and Pac-Man being together as the big four mascots as well as the fact that Pac-Man's trailer focused on Mario, Sonic and Mega Man. To me it'd be weird to show Snake after all that.
With Chorus Men it would take until the games release for people to be upset because really they just want a Rhythm Tengoku rep no matter who it is. They'd accept CM being assists because there'd still be the chance of someone else being a fighter.
The way many seem to want them cut I'd expect more crying of foul if they are confirmed to be returning.

Meh, I don't get this reasoning honestly. It's simply means that Snake is not that big of a mascot, he can still be represented in some other way. I think many underestimate Kojima wanting him in Brawl in the first place, they obviously have been in contact since then, and I don't understand what could've changed to make the cut inevitable.

They ran out of time for him because they were so busy cutting Ridley down to size to make him playable. Literally. Since he's so big we're going to get "Ridley's tail," "Ridley's head" and "Ridley's torso" as separate characters. Kind of like Mii Fighters. That took up a lot of potential moves and a fair bit of time to make them all work right.
Snake and Mewtwo were also cut because of this, and that new moveset they were planning for Ganondorf also got trashed so we're getting Falcondorf again.

Well Snake is not really as iconic during the 8-bit/16-bit era (I know he debuted in 1987, but he really took off as a gaming icon in MGS series). Plus, all 4 are gaming mascots, which does not fit Snake as he is more in the lines of Link and Samus.
If Snake will be revealed, it'll involve different characters during his trailer. Either together with the other action heroes, or with a new character.
A bunch of weeks ago Chrom was 100% in and Robin was crazy talk at best. How did that work out? It's like it's a written rule that Isaac and K.Rool are stupid guesses because reasons (not popular? Not relevant? I remember some people saying Little Mac had no chance because he was only popular in America). And what about Mewtwo? What's absurd about him returning?
Isaac was a secret AT last time around, Shadow was as well. Though now we know about Shadow being in, but the much requested Isaac is nowhere to be seen. Of course he could be an AT once again, but nothing seems to suggest he couldn't be in.

Nintendo had a Smash 3DS tournament and Kojima was attending the show. It was a perfect chance to reveal him if he was in.
