I bet if they didn't announce Wii Fit Trainer yet, no one would be guessing her at all even after all this time. A sudden announcement of WFT a few weeks before release would have debunked a lot of rumors.

It's in a videogame, it isn't consistent with the laws of reality, it has no actual effect on the characters whatsoever (except health loss) and it's in a bloody video game.

What's the big deal? It's really satisfying to do an xray move (even if they're practically useless in competitive play when you could be saving that meter for a combo breaker) due to all the great sound design and the way they can make you wince a bit now and then.

Yeah the much bigger upset for me is how some characters break the neck of other characters or stab their eyes out, shatter the skull etc and THAT leaves no visual damage to the model. Not even complaining about them still fighting on (just a game, doesn't need to make sense), but if someone's eyes get stabbed out during an X-Ray please keep it like that during the rest of the match :/

It's hard to believe that we have 32 more POTD before the game is coming out in Japan. I really sincerely hoper hat people would be pleased with final roster because so far I'm pretty happy with what we have at the moment.

It's hard to believe that we have 32 more POTD before the game is coming out in Japan. I really sincerely hoper hat people would be pleased with final roster because so far I'm pretty happy with what we have at the moment.

At this point, anything else is icing on the cake. Got my Mega Man, Little Mac, and most of my favorite veterans have returned. If the game was released now, i'd be sad that Ice climbers/Snake/Game and Watch are gone (I didn't really play the other vets much), but i'd be happy w/ what I was given.

That's just an unoffical fan site, so I wouldn't take any style changes as having hidden meanings.

At this point, if we just get back Brawl vets other than Snake, Squirtle, and Ivysaur I'll be happy. I want to see Mewtwo return, that's the only notable exclusion in that case.

Of course, more newcomers are always welcome. I expect one more trailer at the August Direct. But I'd be fine if it doesn't happen.

I like that the PotDs have a been a little more verbose lately. Hopefully we can keep getting explanations about little stuff, if nothing else.
