If he isn't a Pokemon in smash I'll have a Tyrantrum.
Midna seems more like a possible assist trophy than playable really. She can show up and use her teleporting magic to make objects appear and drop on the other players to damage them.

Good question.Ive thought of the idea before but never to this extent. Either way has its pros and cons. I guess the main deciding factor would be if you want to punish the current character or do you want to effect their whole team for the possible mistake. I like the idea of leaving the summoner open for a certain duration but then again it makes more sense to punish the character being summoned like in marvel IMO. Since Smash does not have those combo strings the outcome wouldn't be as devastating so it could work. Them there's also the possibility of having to balance certain assists lol yea it would best to leave it simple.

No one knows. It's inconclusive at this point.
It obviously can't be proven to be real, but it hasn't been debunked, which is impressive in and of itself considering how long it's been in the wild.

Speaking of Hawlucha, would be great to see it in Pokken. I'm going to assume that has only Pokemon that are Fighting-types.
Also, for the Pokemon discussion, Victini should expected as a special Pokemon like Mew and etc. There is no Gen 6 equivalent however.

I really doubt he'll reply. Two days ago when he commented on some fanart celebrating Smash's 15th anniversary was the first time he had tweeted anything in months.

He tweeted moderately during last two weeks of December, so I don't see where you got "months" from. Also I'm pretty sure that he tweeted something during first week of Jan since I was there few days ago to check out 15th anniversary fan art.

I'd like Midna, Impa, or Tingle the most. Midna could be really neat especially if accompanied by Wolf Link. I see Impa being a lot like Shiek. And then Tingle could be completely off the wall crazy.
I'm not too fond of Ghirahim. He was a good character for a small portion of the game. He got pretty stale towards the half mark.
Palutena, clearly.
Anna is a good pick, too.
Of the ones shown off thus far... I think I'd have to say Rosalina. Not to say I don't love everything about WFT, but Rosalina probably has the most potential to be really interesting to play so if one had to be in and the rest had to be out... that's where I'd go.
Why not both?

I kinda of favor the damaging the character idea, potential happy birthdays, it woudn't be too bad, but if one uses their assist too poorly easy knock outs could be attained later. Or a kind of X factor in lucario's case.
Something i would like Smash to have that marvel has, but isn't specific to marvel, special character intro's. That can be turned off.

If it's the former, I think I'd say Villager (or Mega Man, super hard choice). Latter, Chibi-Robo easy.

I think we can see Klefki being a Pokeball Pokemon, though I'm not sure what it would do.
Honedge or Doublade (can be grabbed like Beam Sword)
Greninja (Water Shurikens, or Surf)
There's also tons more who are new since Brawl that aren't Gen 6.

Mike Jones very easily. Smash needs a real flail character and screw people who'd make him an inventory style character a la Link or a Ness clone, anyone who couldn't see the various yo-yo enhancements and work with that alone to make something unique has no creativity.

Again I say Chibi Robo. He's the only character I really want in this game, no one else comes close really. Huge move set potential and I love his character design and the games themselves of course. I'm scared he'll be relegated to Assist Trophy or something though... I hope not.
