There is an event in October that gives out a Torchic with an item that allows mega-evolution of Blaziken.

I just think they would try to promote something more current.

Giratina as of Platinum actually truly exists within a separate dimension. Banished there by Arceus itself. The only time Giratina emerged was by some sort of summoning at the Spear Pillar. I forget how it exactly went down though. Been a while.
 
From a non-canon standpoint, I think the reason Giratina didn't appear on Spear Pillar in Brawl was because, at the time, Platinum hadn't been released and Giratina hadn't been confirmed as the third member of Dialga/Palkia's trio. Even though it was fairly obvious from looking at movesets and such.

You'd think the most telling clue would be that the leaker opens stating that the only thing in the pictures that have a pattern are character reveals and then promptly states ZSS will be revealed tomorrow without any reason as to why.

The timing isn't either.

i mean all but one of the characters are veterans. Then Palutena is the only character who is new and is also on the top of many character popularity polls. in fact, she seems like a no-brainer.
It doesn't seem all that fake to me, but maybe I'm just playing devils advocate.
i also want all the choices on there to happen. Please be true!

Anyone is capable of making up outlandish sounding rumor just as much as making up reasonable sounding ones.

There are rumors that try to be believable and play on the majority of people's wants, and there are rumors that are just out right outlandish. This one is of the former.
 
Only thing making the rumor believable to me is that he put the ZSS reveal so close to when he put the rumor out. Why discredit the entire thing so quickly?

But alas. Not expecting anything tomorrow.

I've seen some crazy pokemon rumors that did this shtick too, one 'supposed' leaker claimed we'd see a baby heracross n pinsir next week, oops that never did happen then.
 
I want a shifting setting stage, like the Fire Emblem one in brawl, where all the legendaries show up. One moment you're on a stage where Groudon and Kyogre are fighting each other with waves and earthquakes and Raquaza shows up and crap. Then shift to one with Zekrom and Reshiram fighting Kyurem.

NOJ just informed me that they are cancelling the Wii U and going into the food industry. Zero Calorie Hamus and Luigi's Spicy Meatballs will hit supermarkets this November. Captain Syrup's Syrup and Pizza Pasta's Italian Chow Mein will come spring 2014.

Is it possible that we might not getting unlockable characters this time due to two games? I meant Sakurai might figure it out that people might not be interested to unlocking the rosters twice.


Also I would like to say that I'm betting on Zero Suit Samus being last returning character to be confirmed.
