Well, it seem that he is supposedly to keep his B move since Marth got new B move which is stabbing animation.

Yeah, definitely makes things completely on that. Especially with the fire effect, plus 1-Hit KO explosion.

And of course the Counter (Down-B) that all Fire Emblem characters will have.

I actually always figured Ike's Eruption was created for Roy as a modified version of his Flare Blade and then given to Ike after they dropped him. It functions pretty much identically, it just has an altered animation and hitbox with added super armor.

I would be willing to bet we're getting Dixie Kong for two reasons. She was apparently planned for Brawl since she is one of the "forbidden seven" found on Brawl's disc, and that she's back in the spotlight thanks to Tropical Freeze.

I was honestly hoping for K. Rool until E3 this year. I'm fairly positive either Nintendo or Retro wants the Kremlings to take a hike.

There won't be any surprises this time around I think. A 101 character is a certainty, Fredrick is a certainty, a Xenoblade/X character is a certainty, and Pauletina and mega-mewtwo are probably going to get in as well. I think those + Megaman, Villager, Wii-Fit person/thing are going to be it for the newcomers.

None of them got particularly far besides Mewtwo, who has a reference to a classic mode image. (Zip on the others)

That's because clones are comparatively easier to design and create as opposed to characters from scratch. All of them were very much "If we have time characters" which makes me think how the hell they delayed twice and still wanted to put more people in.

What about a transformation like Zelda/Sheik?

Krystal is a Captain Falcon clone, and she transforms into Ridley who is a Fox clone. Because that makes sense.

Captain Falcon should be able to transform into the Blue Falcon, his moveset remains the same but it is now more vehicular. Falcon punching people in the face with a limbless racer will justify everyone's Wii U purchase.
