I felt same. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised that she might ended up being secret character since you might have to beat story mode with Pit in order to unlocking Palutena.

saying magnus has no place is smash is such a weird claim to make, like how can he have "no place in smash?" I doubt sakurai would think a character that is even playable in his own game and has his own moveset would "have no place in smash" yes ofcourse paluetena should be the 2nd choice but he would be a good 3rd character for kid icarus
