Super Smash Bros Wii U and 3DS Thread 2: Where Pilotwings is apparently Minecraft

I think Zelda will be safe. Her other design is too iconic. I don't think Sakurai will deviate too much from it. SS Zelda would be deviating too much.

I actually want skyward sword zelda, because 1 I like her design and character that much, and 2 I would be very interested to see what sakurai would do with her shiek form, will she have a very SS moe looking shiek? or maybe she will have her transform into impa? cool speculations

I think Sakurai's Miiverse comment about her animations not being completely done may be at least in part a reference to this screen. I'm pretty sure she grabs her dress when she does this move in Brawl, and it looks like she's intended to in this screen but the dress isn't in her hand.

I absolutely love Bayonetta, she's my most favorite female character. Just she shouldn't be in, as much as I would love the idea.

I hope they do SS Zelda, she has a great design. I very much think the coolest way to rep Zelda would be to have each character with their design from a different game, so we could have TP Link, SS Zelda, and WW Ganondorf. And then maybe MM Skull Kid...?
 
I think Zelda just will get the Link treatment. Mostly based on the Twilight Princess version, but with lighter colors and blond hair - something similar to her OoT colors in Brawl.

OoT Ganondorf! And Skullkid would be just plain awesome. :)
 
To be honest I think Link's design is more of a mixture between his Brawl model melded with the E3 tech demo design more than anything else. Yeah, there is some Skyward Sword in places, but I think that tech demo influenced him more than anything else.

Im digging the slight design change. It doesnt look like much has change in terms of her moves but i hope a few get buffed or though. Her down smash in particular. :)

That would be enough for me!

Doubt they'd give out anywhere near $30 again though. Thinking back, that amount of money was extremely generous to just give out for buying two games, I think. NoA had to throw us a bone after all the great EU deals we've missed and are still missing though. :p

I may be wrong but I think someone calculated that if all ~75k copies of SMTIV sold in July were used for $30 credit, thats more than $2 million dollars in eShop credit :lol
