The person said Mewtwo is returning because movies, I simply stated that it could be Lucario. I answered because of the prevalent idea that Pokemon movies determine everything seem to be big.

Hell, I'd make a case for Blaziken but Lucario has a much better foothold.

Notice: All of the character reveals were very close to game releases if not after, except Sonic's. Since Sonic's game has yet to release, they don't want to overcome Sonic's inclusion with a Pokemon announcement.

The site design also has the most recent revealed (and all those promoting titles) at the top of the page. No reason to kick out Sonic so soon when his game has yet to release.

Considering the 2014 release, and Pokemon likely having another title released next year prior to Smash release- they have plenty of chance to use Smash Bros. to promote a different title that won't sell as much.

I've always prefered the Wiimote(by itself) over any other control method.

What's your problem with A being the taunt button? I can usually reach it without a problem.

I usually play free-for-all, so I guess I don't encounter your right stick problem all that often.
I can easily throw with the with the Wiimote, though. Guess its just alot of practice.

I've also always thought that Z was a weird place to have the Throw button. I far prefer - as the throw button.

Me too, my point was more since most arguments against Snake's inclusion boil down to maintaining the 'purity' of Smash (while Mega/Sonic/Pacman have obvious Nintendo ties), I'd be less upset if he was replaced with a similarly out-of-left-field 3rd party rep who clashes with everyone else.

Probably - but I wouldn't mind that. Assuming they keep Ike (or replace him with an identical Chrom or some other Lord), I don't mind the third FE rep being an absolute clone, as she's a character that would warrant it.

I disagree, Ridley jokes rarely manage to be funny anymore. The two are also very hard to compare because they have different ways to go about the joke. Ridley jokes are often a pun or a snarky comment about something. Waifu jokes tend to be poking fun at characters and/or stereotypical otaku masquerading as endearment and usually end up going into a joke discussion with more and more jabs being taken.
